Start Story.
(Ideas)

(Blank Amount) of the Thirteen Organization members were brought back to life after being killed by Sora
They have no memories of their Organization life
But in fact remember their life as Somebodies.
The machine in The World That Never Was, which Ansem the Wise used to seal Kingdom Hearts is use by Malificent and Pete
They use it with thought of brining the Organization back to kill Sora and the crew
She virtually intended to remove some of our memory, leaving only the OrgXIII part. Apart from you know, the betrayal and deceit
But she messed up, because Pete was being the screw up he is and made her do something wrong when attempting to revive us.. she thinks it's nothing and continues
We all awaken in the pods that Sora woke up in but they're black (stating pure evil =p)
Everyone is woken up at diffrent times (every 15 minutes)
Xigbar first (as soon as Malificent finishes reviving the 12th member)
Then Xaldin wakes up, him and Xigbar kill Malificent and Pete
They then wait for the rest of the members to awaken

Hoorah! Ok, so we lived in HB/RG... we became nobodies, etc. etc. now we been revived, but we still think we're back before we were nobodies

So it's kinda like we started over after Sora killed us?

our old memories of us as Somebodies came back?

so we've just been revived huh

Yes, so we think we are somebodies again, but we don't realize we are nobodies still, just brought back

Okay we think we are somebodies
but in all reality we are still Nobodies
we were just revived with our memories of us before we were Nobodies

The room mate thing is a maybe, right now we are deciding on our state of mind and how we were revived
