I don't think he has ever denied it. He just likes joking around. And it is kinda too late for him to really get in trouble for it since the trailer is out and it is easy to tell who is who...for the most part.

IMDB also backs me on this. However, I am not, nor was I ever saying that Ben Diskin is a liar, he could be misleading you all, that is assuming that this page was made by him, but his confirmation does call for speculation. The fact that David confirmed long before Ben Diskin made the posts, right when there is little to no voice recording left to be performed, actually does not discredit what I said. Furthermore, David did say in that video that he was playing Young Master Xehanort in KH3D. That's what I heard.

I think the why is that everyone was pestering the shit out of him about it and presenting evidence that he was YMX (or rather, that David Gallagher wasn't), and he just got tired of playing the game. It was obvious that we knew it was him, and he knew this.

So he said fuck it, i'll just come right out and admit it.

It's not really that hard to figure out.

I can list off various voice actors that broke their NDAs and didn't give a damn.

Jesse McCartney for every other KH game except this one :c
Jesse David Corti played the same game Ben did
Jason Alexander probably spilled the beans for himself and Charles Kimbrough
Quinton Flynn's denial then "I'm under NDA...but I pretty much answered your question, huh?"
James Patrick Stuart because he posted the "I'm off to the studio to record for KH" then deleted it a few hours later xD
I'd say Richard sorta did with his "I'm under a NDA"

Speaking of annoying guys, DrakeClawfang on TvTropes is being a little bitch about the whole thing. Threatening to have me banned if I re add him (Ben) as the voice actor of YMX. I re added it anyways.

We obviously need pictures (or heck, video) of him IN THE RECORDING STUDIO doing the voice and he has to show his driver's license with a time stamp and he has to do a handstand. Otherwise it's David. No question.
