Yeah, he is. I didn't even realize Disney planned on dubbing Stitch! considering a lot of fan outcry over how it wasn't the Stitch they knew and Lilo was older and there was this new girl and how did he end up in Japan and blah blah. I should check it out xD

Same with Derek Stephen Prince. He voices Vexen and Kenny from the show.
And Leonard Nimoy's second cousin(once removed), Jeff Nimoy, does voice work on the show as well.
