Dream Drop Distance II.

There's like several different games you could make out of that ending:

I mean it kinda make sense. they made kairi playable with shotlock and everything. they can use it to make her playable again in future game.
also kairi sleeping for one year made me think of DDD right away.

this or UX remake for consoles would probably be the next games

From what I can interpret, it looks like we're getting spiritual successors to Birth by Sleep, 358/2 Days and Dream Drop Distance.

Sucks that Re: Coded was left outta this equation, but I'm not surprised, lol.

How many of you really would've given that sequel a chance?

I was going to say "lol not me" but then I realized you said Re:Coded and not 358days/2. I'd play Re:Coded II in a heartbeat.
Ironically, I think the concept of being able to play as the organization members in a multi-player focused side-game was actually really fun, but they made the wrong choice of exploring that on a weak hand-held system... I still think being able to que up for certain dungeons, tournaments, or levels with different Kh characters as a multi-player option would've been not that difficult to implement, and could've brought some more longevity to Kh3 passed Remind.

I know they somewhat botched that idea when they did Comrades for FFXV, but that concept is still very viable - it just needs to be done in a way that makes sense and is fun for fans.

@ZeVaine it was more the mission based structure of the game that drove me off, though if 358 wasn't on DS (or if it was later in the lifespan like Re:Coded or 3D) I would probably have enjoyed it a lot more.

I think the Twilight Gang game would have aspects of both Coded and Days/2.
