thechasersblade - Your grammar is off by a lot. Come on man. ><;;; You've chosen a Rank that is not part of the ones typically given. The First Mark makes no sense. Dude just look at the other templates for examples. You need to highly expand upon your Second Mark like the others have. It's far too vague. Again use the templates of the others to help yourself. Your bio while better is barely at the bare minimum. I suggest you add more. A lot more. Like the others have please. Otherwise it's ok.

The First Mark: A tatoo of a bald eagle on the palm of his right hand. He can summon what looks like a staff with a blade on each end. The blades are curved and look like cutlasses. This makes for a somewhat unorthadox fighting style. He can also split the ends so he has two staffs with each their own blades. He can summon another blade on each end so he has dual mini versions of his weapon. He can throw his weapon and then summon it back from the place. However if it gets too far, like say a mile away. He can't do it
The Second Mark: A tatoo in the shape of a jaguar on the top of his left hand. He gains incredible speed. And depending on which side of the staff is glowing, either he's on fire along with the weapon. Or has ice powers
Bio: As a child he was abandoned at the age of 5 . He fended for himself and was shuttled from foster home to foster home. One day he ran away and lived on the streets. He then was found by the AotSA and they helped him at the age of 13. He was caught selling drugs and the police saw his mark. He was then sent to the AotSA, at first he was scared, but then he realized that he finally had a home where people actually cared about him. He was changed from that moment on and now loves his country and the AotSA. He is now somewhat of a loved veteran and has taken interest in a certain child, who reminds him of himself at a young age when he first joined the AotSA, Levin. He has taken it upon himself to mentor the child and has become somewhat of a father figure to him. He has noticed the same change in Levin who isn't as shy or defensive.

He is able to shoot the claws out and then summon them back. However, it takes a few seconds to summon them back in the glove so he doesn't usually use it in close combat.

Personality: Capell is the kind of guy you would like to have around, He tries to maintain a positive attitude and is always looking out for his allies. Capell hates to see others in pain, especially those close to him. He believes that friendship is the most powerful thing in the world and is something that is always worth fighting for. He can be a bit absent minded sometimes, but he is very intelligent and a great leader. Capell has a strong (If not over developed) sense of justice and can't stand people who think they can get away with anything. This has gotten him in trouble on more than one occasion, as he can get overly emotional.
Appearance: Capell is "6' feet tall and has light auburn hair that falls right above his shoulders. His eyes are hazel and clear. He has a face that, bluntly speaking seems like it was carved from the dreams of a thousand angels. He has a smile that could calm a raging hurricane and inspire hope. Capell has an average build but is stronger than he looks. He wears baggy dark blue pants that have two light blue belts crossing them. He wears a red jacket with gold trim that is always open. Underneath he wears a black shirt.

The First Mark: The mark is on the back of his hand, It is a red spiral.
The Second Mark: The second mark is the same as the one on his right hand, but reversed. It allows Capell to summon a second blade.
Bio: Capell was born to Soto and Yuri Suzuki in the USA. They had a slightly above average income and led a pretty typical cozy life. Although Capell had a mark, He was never scrutinised because of it. This is because his parents would always hid his mark, ether through makeup or a glove of some sort. As soon as he was old enough they told him why his mark had to be hidden, they didn't want him to be seen as a freak like others. Up until he was 13 Capell had never even seen what his mark was capable of, and even though he was curious his parents would tell him that it was better if he didn't know. He did find out however, on a day that he sometimes sees in his nightmares. He was walking through a park on his way home from a movie. His father was working late so Capell's mother had taken him. Halfway through the park a clearly unstable man approached Capell and his mom. He pulled out a knife and demanded money. Yuri told the man that she had nothing to give the man. With a sinister look in his eyes the man had other things in mind he could do. The deranged man grabbed Yuri and threw her to the ground. The next thing Capell knew he was pulling his arm out of the man's chest. Soon after he passed out. After much contemplation, Capell's parents decided to send him to the AotSA. He quickly grew to like the place, and was happy to find a place where he could fit in without hiding a part of himself.

Age- 24, Recently turned 24 three weeks ago.
Gender- Male
Appearance-
John stands at 183 cm, 6'0'', he has a very distinctive look, pissed off. Though with that said his superficial appearance contradicts with his more stoic and calm demeanor, he has a rather distinguished face, sharp and thin chin, and high cheekbones. His light hazel eyes resemble that of a small puppy, however that 'cute' trait of his is overshadowed by his piercing stare. John has short, trimmed black hair that falls 4 inches above his shoulders. His hair is mostly kept combed back, but since he despises the smell of gel his hair usually goes forward, much to his dismay. He has longish bangs that slightly obscure his view.
He wears a black/silver blazer with a clean and crisp white shirt underneath, his blazer is open at all times (he despises formal clothing). He also has on a black tie giving him the appearance of a stuck-up snob, whereas that is untrue, his white shirt isn't even tucked in and his black dress pants are rugged, and his shoes are rather scuffed as well.
Personality-
As mentioned before John is a very calm person, he doesn't like to waste energy or time for that matter. At all times he is studying everything, John is rather observant. At a young age he became fascinated with the works of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, he read all of the Sherlock Holmes books and soon began to take after the fictitious man.
John's observant skills are top-notch, his deduction abilities are the only thing that could match his intelligence. Constantly he is testing his skills and would analyze things about people especially, he noted that 'In any situation always account for the variable, people especially as their superficial appearance make them seem predictable, they aren't.'
Though he lived his life in the bustling city of New York, he still retains his more UK descent. John speaks in an English accent and he is even able to hide his accent and even perfectly speak in a different accent or dialect.

First Mark-
First things first, John's weapon is a simple black katana. Though it is rather smaller than a katana, it is more of a short blade. He keeps his sword tied around his chest and hidden underneath his blazer on his lower back.
The mark itself is a small white sword with two golden wings appearing from the sword's handle. The wings are on the opposite side of each other, and in fact when this mark was first seen the agency in which he worked at, previously, used this mark as the insignia of Task Force 777.
When this mark is activated his short sword is augmented into a full fledged katana, the blade is still steel black but it has a red tint running along the sides of the sword. It's handle becomes silvery and is wrapped around with two cloths, one white another golden. The clothes wrap around and intertwine each other.
The mark slightly augments the density of the sword making it slightly heavier and hardens it as well.
Second Mark -
The second mark resembles that of the Tibetan knot of Infinity, or Eternal Knot, it is a golden rope that is wrapped and tied around itself to form a never-ending knot. (Excluding the extra designs on it)
This mark actually enhances his physical attributes, well not enhance per se but..
Anyways, he is actually able to make himself appear like an apparition. He becomes nothing more than a shadowy silhouette, using this he is able to hide within the shadows and spots where he wouldn't be spotted. Since he hides in the shadows or walls it makes people believe he is a 'shadow-walker' whereas this isn't true, he only chooses walls and shadows simply because he blends into them more than other surfaces. At 5 he was stolen away by the UK Military. They discovered his mark and decided to do what was best for mankind, experimentation and dissection. All of the tests hadn't done a thing but scar the poor boy, so they gave up and decided to help him hone his abilities. Through several exams they discovered John was that of a genius! It turned out at birth he had something called a photographic memory, he is able to memorize literally anything and recall it later with incredible accuracy. This combined with his father's intelligence and analytical mind created a genius.
When John was 12 his IQ was 170, at 15 it was over 200. He was at the top of his classes and a prodigy to say the least. Around 17 he was enlisted in the SAS and held the record for highest mission success rate, with his military training he was a force to be reckon with. Learning over 100 self-defense techniques, and sharpshooter techniques he caught the eye of several high quality agencies. 5 months later he was recruited by an unnamed agency that specialized in covert operations, from reconnaissance in the middle east, to air-to-ground operations stateside, all of his missions and operations were a secret to everyone but of great magnitude.
He soon led his own squad branching off from his Agency called, Task Force 777. This dealt with mostly recon and intelligence gathering. After his first failed operation, that resulted in the deaths of his squad member, he returned to the Agency in hopes of consolation. However the Agency didn't take lightly to failure, they had him targeted and attempted to kill him. After nearly decimating 1,000 strong assassins John did what he did best, he trudged into the shadows and hid away.
John soon discovered the Academy and there he better honed his mark abilities. Naturally he feared that if he showed his genius he would be targeted again, so he did his best to stifle it. However it wasn't that easy, he was the top of his class and soon became an Intelligence Officer.

Appearance-
John stands at 183 cm, 6'0'', he has a very distinctive look, pissed off. Though with that said his superficial appearance contradicts with his more stoic and calm demeanor, he has a rather distinguished face, sharp and thin chin, and high cheekbones. His light hazel eyes resemble that of a small puppy, however that 'cute' trait of his is overshadowed by his piercing stare. John has short, trimmed black hair that falls 4 inches above his shoulders. His hair is mostly kept combed back, but since he despises the smell of gel his hair usually goes forward, much to his dismay. He has longish bangs that slightly obscure his view.
He wears a black/silver blazer with a clean and crisp white shirt underneath, his blazer is open at all times (he despises formal clothing). He also has on a black tie giving him the appearance of a stuck-up snob, whereas that is untrue, his white shirt isn't even tucked in and his black dress pants are rugged, and his shoes are rather scuffed as well.
Personality-
As mentioned before John is a very calm person, he doesn't like to waste energy or time for that matter. At all times he is studying everything, John is rather observant. At a young age he became fascinated with the works of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, he read all of the Sherlock Holmes books and soon began to take after the fictitious man.
John's observant skills are top-notch, his deduction abilities are the only thing that could match his intelligence. Constantly he is testing his skills and would analyze things about people especially, he noted that 'In any situation always account for the variable, people especially as their superficial appearance make them seem predictable, they aren't.'
Though he lived his life in the bustling city of New York, he still retains his more UK descent. John speaks in an English accent and he is even able to hide his accent and even perfectly speak in a different accent or dialect.

First Mark-
First things first, John's weapon is a simple black katana. Though it is rather smaller than a katana, it is more of a short blade. He keeps his sword tied around his chest and hidden underneath his blazer on his lower back.
The mark itself is a small white sword with two golden wings appearing from the sword's handle. The wings are on the opposite side of each other, and in fact when this mark was first seen the agency in which he worked at, previously, used this mark as the insignia of Task Force 777.
When this mark is activated his short sword is augmented into a full fledged katana, the blade is still steel black but it has a red tint running along the sides of the sword. It's handle becomes silvery and is wrapped around with two cloths, one white another golden. The clothes wrap around and intertwine each other.
The mark slightly augments the density of the sword making it slightly heavier and hardens it as well.
Second Mark -
The second mark resembles that of the Tibetan knot of Infinity, or Eternal Knot, it is a golden rope that is wrapped and tied around itself to form a never-ending knot. (Excluding the extra designs on it)
This mark actually enhances his physical attributes, well not enhance per se but..
Anyways, he is actually able to make himself appear like an apparition. He becomes nothing more than a shadowy silhouette, using this he is able to hide within the shadows and spots where he wouldn't be spotted. Since he hides in the shadows or walls it makes people believe he is a 'shadow-walker' whereas this isn't true, he only chooses walls and shadows simply because he blends into them more than other surfaces. So as for Gale's weapon let me get this straight you can split it in two disconnecting it like Ikkaku's Shikai from Bleach? Then blades pop out from the disconnected ends to form two individual but smaller versions of the previous weapon. Am I correct? Also as to Gale's effect/ability. Could you explain it more thoroughly please? It's still just as vague as it was before. Great improvements however. About Levin. You're making it sound a bit KHish. Please try to remain modern with no claws shooting from your arm. ><;;; If you're looking to make him hold his own then make him a college student like Skitty did and then you can have an element to him ok? Until these changes are finalized i can't accept ya. You're doing a good job though.

Well basically the staff can connect and reconnect into two parts. So he could basically have two swords or two mini versions of his weapon. Btw, what I meant is...your supposed to be able to summon your weapon only once at a time. He's throwing parts of his weapon and then summoning them back. However this takes away from stamina and takes a few seconds to do. But if fine I'll leave it out. See, I wanted Levin to be kind of like an acrobatic person (which I forgot to add ). And he can't do that with huge claws, which is why I need the claws to be able to retract. Can you please just let me be able to retract
MangaCrazy - Clever. I have one question. What kind of sword is it? Is is a Japanese katana or something else? Just curious.
