That's because the emblem on Riku's Dark Suite represents Darkness Heart or something..
He isn't a heartless.
And at the time, everyone thought he was possessed[he was] and drowned by the darkness. So everyone pretty much thought his heart was just darkness now.

So everything in the bottom row has to do with Xehanort, and everything in the far left column has to do with BBS, save for one...
