[Name] – Bryce Avion
[Nickname] – Bry or Avi
[Age] – 19
[Gender] – male
[Faction] – Negative
[Weapons] - N/A

[Personality] – Bryce is confident, but without being cocky. He never second-guesses himself, and makes it a priority to be informed and to be right. He seems to have a sadistic sense of humor at times, and respects only other Negatives. He can be just as manipulative as the next person. He's always cool and calm, making it almost impossible to put pressure on him, in or out of battle. It also seems like he's always one step ahead...

[Appearance] – http://fc04.deviantart.net/fs49/f/2009/226/0/0/OC_12_by_Emeraldus.png

[Evolution] Shift – The ability using nature’s forces that allow Bryce to wield and manipulate the pieces of material that can go from physical, to spiritual, and that which might dwell in between. The principle of energy at its most potent form through consistent an d quick acting alchemy to rapidly change the bonds in-between for instance and use materialized energy to convert things back and forth.

Shifting II- Yet another ability that allows Bryce to be able to rend and transfer objects into other forms or energies, this time allowing him to do it to himself. The idea is simple, Bryce strings energy through an area or emits it to a certain spot and then transfers his physical being and other properties to that place. Its quite more easy to only move parts of himself short distances and in combination with his original shifting, confuse and take down opponents swiftly.

Shifting III- This ability ties directly into the Picture Book. It is used to space energy over a large distance and calculate existing material in a place to transfer Bryce over much greater distances than in Shifting II. This however is more of a transportation technique than anything else from state to state and cannot be used over any short distance. It also leaks energy upon arrival and sucks dry partly the molecules in an area he lands at as the exchange is rather costly, but obviously can be handled.

[Bio] – For five years of his life, Bryce watched his parents work in the facility that had once housed the child that could use All Fiction. He never knew what his parents had in store for him. He never knew just how twisted they could be toward their own child. Needing another subject for testing, they brought their own child. Bryce never knew what was going on until it was too late. The testing was brutal and his body felt different everyday that they experimented on him. What they were creating was more then just another Negative but instead a monster in the making.

It was years later that the first test subject came for him. Recruitment was the name of the game and Bryce wouldn't let this pass him by. As he made his escape, his parents interfered. Hatred stemmed from his body and he killed his pathetic parents. It felt good to annihilate the fools who had hurt him and now he would follow Patient 005-MI-Z as his right hand man. It was time before Bryce woud fully ready to take down the men that tormented him with these negatie powers.

If you have any complaints, direct yourself to Rule 5 :3

Name:
Calipher

Age: By appearance, 21 years of age.

Gender: Male

Faction - Section III

Appearance:

Calipher’s hair is of a particular brown-red tone, falling down and accepting gravity, not a single hair moving past his glasses. He would be physically fit, but not possessing the overall bulk that muscle-headed buffoons hold. It isn’t as if punching him in the rectum would be treated as a breeze of air. He is not fragile, but not a slate of steel at all, and could be blown away with the right amount of force inside an attack. He stands at an average 5’11, with lightly, and I mean very, tanned skin. There do not appear to be any evidence of accidents or battles on his body at any time.

His clothing would resemble that of your average student, though it may be darker than the actual norm. Appearing a student is appearing as a harmless young man lost on his way. A long sleeved dark shirt with gold running down from the golden line in the center, right at his collar and heading to the very bottom of his shirt. His pants are ..well, just as dark, and his shoes, you can guess, dark and proper, good for grip. The appearance doesn’t get more simple than this, consult the character model for much else.

Personality: Alternatives is definitely a word to associate with Calipher, because he always seems to have one, and finds an opponent with multiple methods to things interesting. He is one to appreciate tactics that have very defining results, such as binding a foe by the neck, and using him as a rag doll to attack a companion, and they could double as a shield as well. Those kinds of alternatives to confrontations are what makes him enjoy it, but the obvious is a very large mood killer. If you have plans, use them. Despite what he is, Calipher finds humanity rather interesting, so prone to weakness and emotional attachments that they so desperately need to feel whole.

While you know what pleases him, what he despises happens to be failure. Sounds like a rather generic crime boss, yes? This goes for even himself. He greatly hates it when a plan doesn’t come through as he hopes. This goes hand in hand with stupidity in both words, and actions, again, even his own. From this, everything else can just be worthy of a palm-to-face. Above all, he is calm and has plenty of insight.

Weapon - A simple handgun with seven rounds in the chamber.

Abilities~ Evolution

Shadow Sneak - Calipher is capable of manipulating his own shadow. It is his exact size and is unable to, in normal conditions, increase in actual size. The shadow itself however, is very elastic, and can stretch itself to great length, losing width in the process of this. It is not invulnerable to elemental strikes, but is capable of resisting them and even having the strike revolve around it, so long as it may maintain itself. Regardless, it would not last forever. The shadow takes commands from Calipher’s very mind, as together they are practically one being that can split in two, letting the subtle part of shadow take place. Talk about sticking in the shadows eh? Another unique quality is that the shadow can be split into pieces, multiple, dangerous pieces than can span across a good distance from Calipher himself, and even stick to a target or ally, giving him the exact location of the enemy without them even feeling a thing.

The lethal factor of his shadow results in any area of it able to form itself into a sharp, piercing spike that can thrust itself into a foe, capable of acting as a finely sharp dagger, it may also be just limp and soft, capable of retrieving items or wrapping around objects and people. The most defining feature would be that its effectiveness increases on dark surfaces, as it is capable of changing tone to fit its surroundings. By no means can it change its color, a shadow will be a shadow after all, but it can change the contrast from darker and lighter. Along with it, it is capable of taking new form, no form can be larger than a human being, this could be animals or something of the like.

Lastly, his shadow grows stronger in many aspects, so long as there are other shadows nearby, helping it extend, build a greater strength. It finds strength among shadows just like it. It can ROB other objects and people of their shadows, even take control of them to use for himself. However, even without using his own to draw them in, Calipher may use them himself.

Merge - By keeping at least a partial amount of his shadow within him at all times, Calipher is sensitive to shadows and surfaces within a good radius around him, allowing him to better locate targets in a surrounding area that may be hidden or on the move. With his shadow remaining within him, he is capable of moving much better, and is very flexible in turn. His ability to endure attacks involving elements is handled with supernatural ease. He could literally let his hand burn with fire, and can endure it, even send it towards whatever he would like when time allows. By being one with his shadow, Calipher’s line of vision is linked with his shadow, allowing him to see in two areas at once. Since they are one, actions come more fluently, and due to how quick it moves, it increases his own agility.

Without the formal presentation, in short, it would allow him to accomplish everything his shadow is capable of doing and more. Consider the ability to see through blackness with ease one of those abilities.

Impure Empowerment - Calipher’s powers may extend to shadows and blackness, but he has capabilities that can even raise the defeated. Considering his actual race, this isn’t too surprising. Impure Empowerment gives him ‘Necromancer’ like power, meaning he can actually raise the dead and beaten and make them stronger by doing so. Death is no real obstacle for him, because in a certain point of view, you could see him as dead already. In simple terms; he’s not afraid of death, because he’s seen it, and technically is dead. By entering a momentary state of meditation and concentration, Calipher can call upon otherworldly forces to bind a target and so long as they are stationary and undisturbed, he can revive them from incapacitation and death, using his own dark influence and strength to make failed or failing portions of the body become restored. They would need to have been killed within three days or less for this process to take as short as it does; ten minutes.

Crazy as it may be, he could also even place corruption in ones own soul and reform them, perhaps not physically, but spiritually. His power extends to puppetry as well, and when one is only alive or powerful because he made it so, he can immediately release his powers over them, and sometimes the process can bring a very painful death as their life force is stolen back from them, as well as a devil’s empowerment.

Inhuman - Calipher isn’t human. Human’s can be frail, easily broken, and serve as rag dolls for many ‘accidents’ that occur through everyday life. Due to his ancestry and his own origin in the realm humans know as ‘Hell’, he isn’t limited to the basic human limitations placed on them. His awareness is supernatural, just as much as his endurance and ability to withstand powerful blows with much more ease than a frail human body could. His strength is extraordinary, but due to putting so much of his potential into his brain, his physical potentials are left nearly unchanged. He is willing to believe his brain power would far exceed any mortal. Question is ..could one kill that which could already be considered dead?

Bio - Calipher isn’t human despite having the appearance of one. Instead of remaining in the realm most humans fear, ‘Hell’, he had gotten bored of his own home and had chosen to arrive to Earth with nothing but studying in mind, and to continuously match his strengths with the human race. Some time during his arrival years and years ago, he had been able to come across Section III and had offered his services to them. He did not display his true powers and instead used nothing but his intelligence to gain their favor. Tests against the best minds Section III had to offer, the directors and staff would find him easily able to match them, if not just plain overcome them. His intelligence was abnormal, but his strategies were also considerable, so he strived to take control of the militaristic portion of the program.

He succeeded.

With a partial amount of Section III under his own jurisdiction, Calipher intends to use his mind and put it to the test against any threats that come before Section III.

Other~

- Calipher is in charge of all militant combatants within Section III and has authority over each and every one of them. He is a fair man but does not tolerate unreasonable failure, and the results could be severe should you fail one too many times.

- Having believed there would be no such mate for him in this life, Calipher was proven wrong after a meeting with Ichigo Hiyori, a Surgeon within Section III and who would prove to have a mind that was rarely unraveled. For being entirely human, she wasn’t so frail or girly as he would imagine, and she was very capable of doing things herself, rare to accept help. Her own unique talents would attract him, and they have been dating in secret for two and a half years now. She has been more than he could hope for in a mate, and hopes she provides him with everything he fell in love with to the end of his days.

- Calipher is quick to ignore ramblings and focus on something entirely different for the time being. Threats are often overlooked and ignorance often equals an appropriate response and possibly death just as well.

Name// Eta Carinae
Nickname// Septimum or 7 by most of the facility.
Age// 20
Gender// Male
Faction// Section III?
Weapons// set's of throwing knives dosed with a powerful paralyzing poison.
Personality// He's calm and collected, with dry humor tossed in every once in a while. He's quite assertive and knows what he wants going over and beyond to achieve his goals. He has a strict mentality, often following rules or regulations or even some of his own personal rules.

Appearance//Standing at 6"3 he has long dark blue hair in a Chinese braid that reaches and light green eyes, and light brown skin. He is fairly muscular and toned and likes to keep his cloths simple with a black suit at almost all times, though he has a love tie's with intricate designs.

Evolution// Positive Feedback Zero- Eta's ability is the power to use others powers, however when he copies them the capabilities of the powers are doubled. To obtain another's powers he needs to come in physical contract with the person or from contact with blood or bodily fluids. However Eta can only memorize one power at a time. Due to the nature of his ability his body and mind are enchanted.

Bio// One of many babies abandoned that were scanned for compatibility, he had registered highly compatibility 005-MI-Z's genetic code. Of the second batch he was the seventh successful receiver of the genes. At first even though the scientist had confirmed he had the different brain functions that the other REV's did, they could not figure out what his power was. That is until he had a test and was paired with another REV, the two would acedently bump into each other at some point in the test and Septimum would use the same power as the other REV. Though tests would later confirm that his power was far stronger than the other REV in the training room. About a month later Septimum would use another power following the pattern of being more powerful then orginal user. A scientist Miranda Stream would theorize that he had the power to not only absorb others powers but also to increase the strength of the power. the scientist were ecstatic over Septimum's ability since they would confirm that even through just blood he could obtain a power, this would lead to them believing that he would be able to gain 005-MI-Z's "All's Fiction". However during the test Septimum failed to gain the " All''s Fiction", distraught the scientist would try different conditions to help Septimum absorb All's Fiction. Eventually most scientist would give up on Septimum and move on to different REV's however Miranda would still keep him close at hand. She in fact was the person who gave Septimum the real name of Eta Carinae, because Eta is the seventh letter in the greek alphabet and Eta Carinae is a binary star system. She felt that since his power relied on others he wasn't one star by himself he would always be with another.
Miranda would oversee his training, making sure he homed his skills in many subjects ranging from astrophysics to . His power required some previous knowledge to successfully use another's power. Like practically ever other REV he would revive militray training to home his combat skills, Miranda saw fit to train him in asian martial arts too alongside what normal training he got. At age 14 Miranda would die in what the other scientist called a" lab accident", Eta however did not take this as an accident and believed it to be the agency killing her off for some reason.
Now age 20 Eta is an efficient solider of the agency, intelligent and clever. He has been told that he will lead one of the teams to reclaim 005-MI-Z to bring him and All"s Fiction back to the agency's side.

Other// He has an extreme for fondness for coffee often seen drinking it several times a day.

It'll need a better explanation for sure. You can merely touch one's body, gain their powers and automatically know how to wield them at double the force? Come on man, better explanation or its not gonna be your Evolution, that's just BS.

Certainly a powerful ability but this is far too vague with a sense of limitless. There is no sense of humane development. What I mean to say, there is no learning curve to the ability. It seems far too perfect and far too easy to use because of a lack of detail. Let me ask you this: Did you ever take up a sport and become a superstar instantly at the first attempt? Through development and training one becomes adept to such skills, this isn't apparent here.

And that isn't the only concern here. It is far too perfect in the sense that there is no flaw behind it or, even worse, there is no explanation of mechanics and operation of the power. A few lines to explain a powerful ability that can potentially make someone God if used correctly?

Explain more in detail what goes on when the ability is in use, explain what goes on after the ability is used, explain how limited it is or how limitless it is, there are far too many details missing for me to even consider this.

Spoiler Spoiler Show

Redundant, redundant, redundant. Useless jargon and redundancy will do nothing to explain the ability and expel any redundancy it may produce as a result of its jargon (see how annoying it is?). How can someone "heal" themselves via reconstruction of matter? I'm not at all denying the plausibility of that event actually happen (maybe a little) but it doesn't explain how it can happen. Again there is a sense of limitless here, sure the power is "limited" as you propose but from here I don't see a limit. It is pretty straightforward, breaking down matter to create objects at a whim, more complexity requires more matter, oh you can make armor as well, oh and somehow you have inexplicably reconstructed yourself to become superhuman.

There is no limiter placed meaning there is no sense of possible retaliation or consideration. Does the ability operate at a fixed diameter? Is the tangible in the sense the "reconstruction" is visibly? Can it be stopped somehow? Does it have a recharge time? Is it operated via physical touch? What is the scale of this ability? Could entire buildings be reconstructed? How "minor" do these wounds have to be in order to be healed? Is it really healing or some shoddy patchwork? Does it recharge? Does it require an external source of power?

Too vague, too redundant, too limitless for me to even consider. Work more on detailing the power rather than a quick presentation.

[Name] Kalden Norbu

[Nickname] Detonate

[Age] 19

[Gender] Male

[Faction] Negative

[Personality]
Quiet and reserved until he is familiar, Kalden tends to shy from large crowds and finds comfort in silence of solitude. Growing up in a mountain village has made him cynical of the technological advancements of the city. He treats most gadgetry with the solemn reverence one holds for the unknown and is often set in his ways. Still, nothing can stay youth’s thirst for knowledge, and Kalden is ever eager to understand the unknown. Perhaps discovery is one of mining’s greatest thrills.

Slow to anger but like stone to forgive, Kalden forges loyalties and feuds that last lifetimes, but for the most part he leaves people in the gray zone in between and treats most with polite indifference.

Parkinson’s has left him with a mild inability to concentrate, though he keeps his condition to himself, expecting and wanting no sympathy from society. He knows not how he’ll change as the disease progresses, but he remains hopeful that he’ll find the cure before he finds out.

[Evolution]
From the files of Doctor Thomas Xi…

An ability that operates at the subatomic level, fracturing (a term so coined by the young subject himself) has distinctly observable effects. It is a subset of nanokinesis, molecular manipulation, and induces macroscopic degeneration in target matter by intrinsic repulsive forces.

Through means yet unknown, the user alters the electron distribution function of an atom and its neighbor and leaves both heavily asymmetric. For an infinitesimal fraction of time, the positive forces of adjacent nuclei are unopposed unilaterally and thus generate atomic movement proportional to the charge and inversely proportional to the distance. Though the effects with only one atom pair is negligible, extended to a plane of matter of arbitrary length and width, the inherent forces of repulsion between like positive charges are strong enough to cut clean through matter. And with such velocities! Given a sufficiently large charge to mass ratio, fragments can and do repel each other with projectile nature. The user may find that this ability indeed has the potential to be more lethal than conventional firearms. When the propellant is intrinsic to the projectile, not a puff of gunpowder can generate a force that compares.

When fracturing is chaotic, with multiple planes of induced electron stability arranged in multiple directions (secondary to which is a negation of intra- and inter- molecular bonding, in effect instantly turning a portion of the solid into gas, proportional to the number of atoms involved) the result is quite extraordinary—spontaneous explosion.

However, Kalden seems rather restricted in his capabilities. It seems the neural pathways that trigger this ability are tied irrevocably to the motor cortex, and Kalden is powerless to invoke a fracture without hand movement. Oddly enough, casual observation notes that the movement of his fingers parallels the generated effect: an explosion is associated with a closed fist flashing into an open palm, while any sudden open hand movement precedes a classic fracture. fMRI scans show no difference in neural activity within the motor cortex between a ‘fracture’ hand movement and a normal hand movement. Perhaps the inhibition is purely psychological. In which case, this is an area of improvement for subsequent subjects.

It seems also that fracturing can only occur within a solid medium, which is a shame, as the theorized concussive forces born of ‘fractured’ airwaves will forever remain thus—theory. And it prevents the realization of an interesting objective for the subject: fracturing of a living target. Nevertheless, it is certain than Kalden will still remain useful on field, simply less lethal than I had intended.

[Bio]
Born to a mining family in a small settlement on the slopes of the Kunlun Mountains, marking the border between China and Tibet. Yet untouched by the technological revolution, given different circumstances the villagers may have lived their lives blissfully unaware of the affairs of the outside world. Theirs is a culture more fearful than accepting; and they made no secret of it on that day in May of 2095, when Doctor Thomas Xi stepped off the helicopter and into the newly reformed Orma village.

He was three years retired from the world of Luculent Science; and at the ripe age of sixty-five, the menial activities of senior leisure had no lasting appeal. A leading authority in the field of retrograde genetic biology, Xi had many patented procedures to his name; most notable, the process of DNA targeting. So intimate was his association with the advancements of Luculent Science that before his abrupt retirement, he was contracted for another five years. However, the incident with Patient 005-MI-Z in March 2093 proved too great a liability. He terminated the contract not a week after.

Two years he indulged in exquisite travels and food around the globe, but for all his modest riches, something was still amiss. A chance program on the local news that warned of mounting tensions between the Tibetans and the Chinese over the fate of the mines between the borders kindled a long forgotten interest, one to his motherland. Driven and competitive, the doctor still had game in him yet and he was bringing it to a new venture: metal mining. Although the task had started out as little more than menial entertainment, with more planning Xi soon saw the real returns the mining industry could reap. He invested a large sum of his personal funds in iron and copper and used the rest to fund a portable laboratory, in which he would create the seeds to his riches tenfold.

A year later he boarded a helicopter and embarked to Tibet to make his dreams the world’s reality.

Although time has since stolen the memory, this village gathering was the first time the then four-year-old Kalden saw Doctor Xi. It would be another two years before Doctor Xi saw Kalden.

The doctor brought with him great gifts which, as his flying beast, seemed descended from the heavens. A device with a chassis no thicker than the peel of two oranges, which opened like a clam to reveal a window showing pictures that moved and an arrow that darted left, right, center, in sync with the gestures of the doctor’s finger; on its lower surface was an odd combination of letters, buttons which when pressed commanded the window to display them. It seemed like a gateway to another universe. Countless others like it emerged from the hole in the metal beast’s side, too many for Kalden to understand.

Then the doctor started the augmentations. One by one children vanished, days at a time. They returned, physically unchanged but psychologically unrecognizable—loud voices muted, vibrant eyes bereft of vigor. The children returned to their former selves in time, but the adults seemed not to notice, and when asked directly, they told the children to put it out of their minds and never to question the judgment of an elder. It would be nine years before Kalden finally learned of the doctor’s charity. Doctor Xi believed that the mines were for its people, that commercialization was robbing the locals of their livelihood. All true; but what the villagers would never know was how much Xi stood to gain from his act of apparent benevolence and how their reward paled in comparison.

Soon the older children stopped going to school altogether; their new purpose was solely in the mines. Machinery disappeared, and the big name companies that had outcompeted the local miners with their sophisticated blasting technology were forced to cut their losses, as the incidence of lethal accidents spiked unexplainably—though the doctor knew full well his Revs were only following instruction.

As the rate of mining fell, prices of metals soared, and with them, Xi’s worth. However, he was not yet content: XI knew that prolonging the shortage would cause prices to further skyrocket, and so he continued amassing his army of child miners. With the single sample of ‘borrowed’ 005-MI-Z DNA, the doctor managed to induce evolution in more than ten children, thanks to the polymerase chain reaction, an outdated DNA amplification method developed in 1983, perfected in the late 1990s, and in its prime by the start of the new millennium. Lacking the support from the financial behemoths that funded Luculent Science, Doctor Xi needed to make do with more primitive measures, though these came at an expense. PCR was fallible and the copies were never identical to the template; and so began the outbreak of secondary mutations, unwanted alterations to the host’s biological integrity. Most were benign—mild alterations to protein structure, observable in the lab but invisible outside it—but occasionally, one wasn’t. This was another secret the doctor kept from the villagers.

September 2097, one month after Kalden celebrated his sixth birthday, marked the day he was infused with the DNA of Patient 005-MI-Z, the day Kalden became a Rev. Like the others before him, Kalden experienced no symptoms at the time of infusion, and this time of peace continued for another six years. Prospering under the protection of the superchildren, whom Doctor Xi had instructed to guard the mines from commercial intrusion, the villagers found their wealth growing, and Kalden and the younger children stood the most to gain. Education, nutrition and sanitation vastly improved in this time, and it seemed for a while that Orma was set for unlimited socioeconomic expansion. They alone controlled the supply of hematite—at least to parts of China and Tibet—and with it, the economy.

It became mandatory for school children to learn the physics of blasting, and so cultural heritage, history and the humanities dwindled from school syllabi to make room for an increasing volume of explosion physics, geo- physics and chemistry, and stratigraphy. Schools became training grounds for a generation of child miners—those with the powers to prevent cave-ins, or cause them.

It was in the mines that Kalden earned his nickname ‘The Detonator’, for his presence and efficiency at clearing paths through solid rock made chemical explosives redundant.

Kalden experienced his first symptoms twelve years after the alteration of his DNA. Often it is the case that disease presents after lag from exposure. Months before, Kalden developed a tremor in his right hand. Although he dismissed it initially and was determined to do so until his death, the ‘accident’ in the mines on August 14, 2109 forced him to take it to a higher authority.

The doctor ordered a coronal MRI scan of Kalden’s brain—the first portable MRI scanner was marketed in 2085; now the outdated models were available on the black market at a fraction of their original cost—and found atrophy of the substantia nigra, resting above the cerebellum. At the age of eighteen, Kalden was diagnosed with juvenile onset Parkinson’s disease. It appeared that the imprecise copy of 005-MI-Z’s DNA had induced a somatic missense mutation in the dardarin protein, found almost exclusively in cortical neurons, and its accumulation had been the cause of brain cell death.

Concerned more for his precious mining empire than Kalden himself, Doctor Xi told him about the Radical Evolutionary program, about Luculent Science, about the Negatives and the Pluses, and about the others like him that had been created in America; he told him to seek treatment there. A week of preparations, with the doctor’s assistance, Kalden departed Orma for the first time. Whether it was to find a Plus who could heal him or to permanently remove the powers or to find the rogue band of Negatives and seek solace there, Kalden Norbu’s business now lay in American territory.

[Other]
Kalden carries with him at all times an assortment of screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches and nails from his days working the mines.

There it is ^^

Right then, anyone in Section III can be doing anything ranging from training in the facility or out in the city policing everything ^^. The Negatives pretty much have a clear cut goal.

With a mixture of reluctance (for the enormity of the burden) and determination (to prove himself both worthy and in some ways equal to his brother) Aiden accepted the mantle of leaving his adopted homeland to find a way to bring his brother back from death.

Following threads still barely leading to the other children who were part of the young supersoldier program, Aiden found his way to the source, to subject 005-MI-Z. For the last few months Aiden has been making his way closer, rising up in rank or responsibility wherever possible so as to finally meet the weaver with the power of All Fiction. To - through his limitless power - resurrect his prophet of a brother.

Because of good genetics and his brother's own healing/altering hand, physically and visually, Aiden is an excellent example of a human being. Built tall and lean at 6'4", Aiden is a hefty one hundred and forty kilograms for his size and appearance, but only because of the density of his muscles and bones, and has moderately-tanned skin.

Aiden's hair is a dark chestnut colour, kept at a short half-inch length over his head, and which blends at the sides into his facial hair - a defined-by-shaving band of hair along his angular jawline and lower area of his chin. His high forehead is the result of a slightly-recessed hairline, and leads into a strong brow and straight-set, sharp nose, on either side of which rest deep-blue eyes.

Polycrete hacker
Spoiler Spoiler Show

This device of Aiden's is a simple-looking piece of technology similar in scale to a medium-sized television remote, with what appears to be a plastic d-pad located beneath a small digital display. At the top of the device is a single metallic device designed to be jabbed into the target mass of polycrete. What the machine does is scans the electronics within the substance's smallest components, making use of a low-power quantum computer to extract the necessary code and signal to trigger liquification of the polycrete. With this information, the gadget then broadcasts the information into the polycrete in a shape varying between a fine 'beam', conical, or hemispherical. The parts of the polycrete that are 'struck' with the signal lose all solid cohesion and turn to a liquid as viscious as water.
The 'cone of effect' for the signal varies on the specific properties of the target polycrete, but for the most typical variety, a hemispherically-broadcast signal will only transmit with sufficient signal strength up to nearly 1.5 metres, while the thinnest possible signal approximates a ten-metre-long cylinder of ten-centimetre diameter. Anything in between is conical in shape, where increased area of effect is sacrificed for range - a thin cone will have long range, and a fat cone will have shorter range.
Given the ubiquitous nature of polycrete, this device is most potent in operations of infiltration or destruction, but Aiden typically only uses it in an inverse of the former situation - as a quick means of escape when being pursued, 'cutting' up polycrete to create escape routes or roadblocks.

I'm probably being Captain Obvious here, but all the Negatives have to do is travel to the rendevouz point in some way or another, right? (I've read the first post already, but I don't wanna post and then find out that I'm completely 'out of the ball park.')
