Kinda dictatorial system you're advocating here, buddy, and that's all well and good in your head, but offering someone constructive criticism ("Here's where you went wrong; here's how you improve it.") is different from insulting them ("You suck at what you do."). If the person receiving criticism decides to be immature about it, tough; this is isn't an infringement on anyone's rights. But asking people to keep what they want to say to themselves is, especially when the intent isn't to hurt anyone.
Also, no one needs you to be a pain in the ass. If you're looking at this from the playing God point of view, you're meddling just as much as Orion. If Wolfe feels there's a problem with freedom of speech, let him tell us that. You're not the manager. I actually don't care what you say, or if you choose to say anything at all, but I still feel that you should voice your differences. I definitely don't agree with your opinions, but that's how a nontotalitarian system, like the Internet, works.
