The Graduate is a 1967 American comedy-drama film that tells the story of Benjamin Braddock (played by Dustin Hoffman), a recent university graduate with no well-defined aim in life, who is seduced by an older woman, Mrs. Robinson (Anne Bancroft), and then proceeds to fall in love with her daughter Elaine (Katharine Ross).
This is such an excellent movie, for a lot of different reasons. The cinematography is very well done, the plot is interesting, the choice of actors was very well done, and on top of all that, it characterized a generation. Also, it has Simon and Garfunkel for most of the music, which just makes things even better.
Does anyone else have anything to say?
