Fun Fact: the word 'hello' is actually a very recent word. No older than the later 1800's. (coincidentally not much older than the telephone itself)

FACT!: Around 1000BC, the Maya began using Cacao beans as a currency because it was so valued. Soon after, the Aztecs and the Toltecs were using them as well.
It cost about 100 Cacao beans to buy a slave. Minor game such as hares was around 10-30 beans, and fresh produce 1-5.

Liquid chocolate was so popular that it was used at many weddings and other religious ceremonies, and it was not only attainable by the wealthy.

More fun mayan facts: The chocolate drink they made in question was pure chocolate, nothing to dilute it, meaning it was more akin to the bitter "dark chocolate" and very fattening as well.

The last Mayan Kingdom (the city of Tayasal) last until 1696.

Their children were named according to the days: every day had specific names for boys and girls.

That's really cool! I'll enjoy that fact ;3

FACT: There is a purple bridge spanning the Ohio River near Cincinnati that connects with Kentucky. The bridge is called the 'Purple People Bridge,' and can be rented for parties, weddings, and other events!

FACT2:purple is considered a 'royal color' because the dye was so expensive. Made from a type of clam on occasion, the dye smelled pretty terrible, and that might've given rise to phrases that talk about the wealthy being stinking rich.

Fun Fact: there are a group of people in Kentucky that literally have blue skin due to a rare blood disorder.

Fun Fact: at least one creature on earth has developed a form of immortality in the form of "biological immorality". Turritopsis dohrnii, a.k.a the 'immmortal jellyfish, by reverting to a sexually immature state after having reached that maturity.
They give rise to polyps which are essentially identical clones to itself and budding them off essentially reaching a form of immortality in the form of cloning it's genetics and spreading them before it actually dies.

Note to self: Stay away from jellyfish. XD;

And that is so true about high school! Though, I didn't even get voted anything. Not even most shy.

I don't have much else to say. But, there ARE public boarding schools in America. They're called Seed schools, much like the students of Final Fantasy 8 become SeeDs. They do have uniforms. Except, they're very publicly funded and not all students stay at school all week. I'm currently writing about a public boarding school right now.

Fun Fact: Sharks eyes are quite sensitive but also very good so to protect them they developed a defense in which their eyes actually roll up into their heads meaning when a shark is attacking and biting something it's doing so blind.
This also means the advice of going for it's eyes are next to impossible to do. You can however blind them with a strong light if your a diver before they go on the attack.
