I've been wanting Spiderman to be black ever since the whole Donald Glover campaign. Now that a new spiderman is coming in, this is a great opportunity to get some buzz around the series again.

I gotta admit.
I kinda really like that design. It's like a strange hybrid of the black outfit and the Scarlet Spider outfit.
That outfit looks awesome! I wanna know who's under it
I completely forgot about the 2099 heroes! but this version must be more modernized because the SM2099 I knew was like that but replaced the black with Blue

The darker colours make it look more streamlined and sexy in my opinion, but without reminding me of any of the symbiote designs
She literally can't. Sara Pichelli is an amazing artist, but she can't do a monthly schedule. She can have a decent amount of lead time, but from what I've heard she can't maintain it. This is unfortunately true for many artists these days. Bagley is an exception. He is a machine and is capable of doing 12+ issues a year.I seriously hope she sticks around as long as Bagley did (or longer) for the new Spidey.

Regular means that she will be primary artist for the series. But whereas Bagley had 110 issues uninterrupted as an artist, Pichelli will need to have a fill in artist take over for an issue or two from time to time. The fact that they have to chuck in the word "regular" and not "ongoing" means that there will more than likely be fill ins. While this makes sense to me, I'm still not entirely sure. Apparently she's going to be the "regular artist" for Ultimate Comics: Spider-Man, so unless that means what you're referring to, maybe she might be sticking around for a little while. But of course, I'm not the comics expert, so for all I know, "regular artist" could just refer to three or four issues.
I'm hoping for at least a year with Pichelli on board. I'll be fine either way, but I love her art, so I'd love for her to stick around as long as possible. ^_^

But trying to compare anyone to Bagley's achievement and dedication is just unfair.
I heard the new Spiderman will be a kid of some sort of latin background, is this true?
Spoiler ShowThe new Spidey is an original character, half-black, half-hispanic Miles Morales. His origins and what-not will be revealed when the UC:S-M relaunches in September, but he debuts this week in Ultimate Fallout #4.
