I really need help fighting this boss because every time he casts that death thing my guys die basically instantly. Anyone give some advice for defeating him? I would be very grateful.

I gave up trying to defeat the Phantom and just skipped it!
lol that would make sense that was what i was going to do but I wanted to beat him anyway
Firstly, the phantom wasn't that hard(or maybe I don't remember him well enough) and I thought of the stop thing in like the first minuet I was fighting him. . .maybe I'm just observant. . .
lol he was pretty tough if ya didnt know what to do

I didn't know it for ages. Mainly because I never use Stop anyway, as I believe it is sucky magic (technical terms there, kids)
ya i agree, Stop sucks. i didnt use stop on him at all. When my friends died i would run when the thing cast the death spell thingy. Eventually after 5 tries i beat him.
i barely beat him when it was on 5 seconds on soras so i was real lucky on that boss, and yes stop is one of the most useless magic ever.
Actually I really had alot of trouble my first time on the clock tower phantom too, but thanks to good old Stop, I destroyed him.

This guy was to easy. But at least he was harder than Kurt Zisa. That guy was just a let down.
