I think bonobos are pretty cool (and impressive). Whole video is worth a watch. A quote from someone who commented that I thought was interesting:

Savage-Rumbaugh's work is a paradigm shift if we have the humility to accept its obvious implication - we are not different or better than the ape or any other emotional animal. Our inflated sense of ourselves is hidden inside the colossal cultural inertia we've had the happenstance to create and sustain.

That was very interesting, and fun to watch, LOL. The Bonobo apes are a rather interesting species more closely related to are prehistoric selves. It is incredible to know how intricately well sharing our culture with a species more closely niched can provide results to a progressing learning process clearly seen with Bonobos in that video.
