They do. I am 100% sure that his eyes are moving. Showing that he is alive, just covered in ice. This is much better than the last one. A lot clearer.

Yeah you can really tell that T.E.S's eyes go from blue to gold. I think this guy is related to Sora more ways than the Key. I don't know about this Roxas look a like though.

I might have a little theory on who is the brown haired knight and why his eyes turn gold. It must Xehanort and the reason why his eyes turn gold is because he is probably powering up. He might be given himself to the darkness to become even more powerful. In the end he defeats the old man and his apprentace, and later on becomes evil himself thanks to the darkness.
