The best keyblades you can put to drive forms

Valor: put for him a keyblade that have a great strength
EX : Oblivion & Fenrir & sleeping lion

Wisdom: Put him a keyblade that have high magic
EX: Bond of flme or Fatal crest

Master: Put him a keybalde that handles both magic & strength greatly
EX: Mysterious Abyss and wishing lamp

Final: put him a keyblade that is so strong
EXecisive Pumpkin or Rumbling Rose or Guardian Soul ( i sugest ultima if you have fenrir coz fenrir is stronger than ultima so i sugest equip ultima to final and sora is equiped with fenrir )

I find those highly debateable and up to a person's preference. I never used more than half of the Keyblades you wrote down (I mean, seriously, ever, in all my playthroughs and all the forms) and I handled myself just fine.
Also, each Keyblade's abilities come into play and change the whole thing. I often found the Oathkeeper as a preference simply because it kept the Forms going longer, but you didn't write that in your list.

Eh, in my first playthrough, I din't bother touching any form other than Valor. And I just slapped together the two strongest keyblade (Ultima for Sora and Fenrir as the Drive Keyblade) for it.

Normal - Ultima Weapon
Valor - Sleeping Lion, long reach, and extends combos, one thing that Valor Form is all about.
Master - Fatal Crest, for the high magic values, I always make use of Master's powerful spells.
Final - Fenrir, for the power and reach, and it allows me to get to the finishers sooner. Devastation if paired with Divine Rose or Finishing Plus. Or both.

Normal: Ultima

Valor: Fenrir

Master: Lionheart

Final: Oblivion

That are my equipments, and i think thats the best way to fight.

Normal: What I LOVE is either Sweet Memories or Gull Wings. OK go to TWTNW and critical health level up with GW and the Experience Boost ability...and...wow. I got from level 90 to 99 in about ten to twenty minutes. It was just that crazygood.

Valor: Lionhart + Decisive Pumpkin (it just...makes sense!)

Master: Oblivion + Oathkeeper (I'm jsut that nostalgic)

Final: Mysterious Abyss and Oathkeeper (i'm in love with Blizziga. I admit it)
