The only beings that unequivocally lack Darkness in their being are the Princesses of Heart.

Yes. The only living, sentient beings in the KH universe that lack Darkness are the PoHs/BwHoPLs.

However, what confirmed beings have hearts of pure Darkness? If possible at all.

It's an interesting proposal, but I doubt a group such as an anti-PoH.

Yes, I don't see another organized group coming up.

Thought technically Xehanort had to be close to pure darkness, to have made SoD.

I doubt there will be an "Anti" group per say, but perhaps some villain with pure darkness.

The very nature of Darkened Beings makes me think a group of them would be impossible. They'd likely soon destroy themselves while bickering.

You know, just cause they're probably unstable.

But having a heart of pure darkness would almost make one a Heartless, wouldn't it? Though they'd still have to actually give in to darkness.

A Heart of Pure Darkness does not necessarily make one a Heartless. It just means they have a Heart of Pure Darkness.

They might even have a Body and Soul of Pure Light.

Exactly what I mean; they'd have to give in their heart.

Why?

A strong Heart is not necessarily the defining feature of a sentient being.

A strong heart could still surrender their heart ott he darkness however.

But the Soul has been witnessed to maintain a small sense of sentience and self even when the Heart is left. Surely that and a strong body is enough to keep the Heartless from being formed? What if the person is filled with Darkness but does not want to be, as unlikely as that may sound.

Then it just depends on the strength of the heart in the long run; because a person just has to submit into darkness willingly or unwillingly by being subdued by a Heartless or possibly having something overpower them. A person controls both their heart and soul when a complete person.
