Synthesis Materials Problem

Can anyone tell me where all the synthesis materials are found? I have looked everywhere for them and found most of them, but can't seem to find a frost stone and a couple of the twilight items. All of my guys have lucky lucky and weapons that give the skill, but it isnt helping. I need to find them so I can get the ultimate weapon.

Twilight Stone: Dancer in Twilight Town, The World That Never Was

Right above this post is a little sticky called 'Synthesis Materials', or something to that affect. Believe me, it's a great help. It tells you where all of the materials are, which Heartless give them, and where you can find them.

EDIT: Ah, it's called 'Enemy Locations and Item Drops.'
