Here in New Zealand it used to be- Random, people were to stupid to know what it meant so they said it a lot to make themselves look smart....more like stupid.
Now it's shizz meaning like that's da bomb- that's da shizz.

at my school, there this one kid who says stuff like "oh, niggaz!" or "that car is niggaz!" so i guess thats his way of saying cool.
