(Chirithy and Player approach the entrance to Vanellope's hideout.)
Chirithy: Looks like they're still at it.
So long as we don't get in their way, how about we scout the area?
(Player defeats some Heartless. Chirithy appears.)
Chirithy: What's wrong?
Chirithy: Hmm. Yeah, I've been thinking the same thing. Ralph is clearly just playing the part of a villain.
(Player nods in agreement.)
Chirithy: At the very least, he's not an ally of the darkness. I feel safe saying that after spending time with him, short as it may be. But then...
What is the source of the glitches? I'm sure that those Heartless we just saw are connected to them.
(Suddenly, Player realizes something.)
(They remember what had happened when they first met Vanellope, as she glitched all over the place uncontrollably.)
Chirithy: That's it!
(Player points something out.)
Chirithy: You're right. If we jump to conclusions, we'll blind ourselves to other important clues. Just like we did with Ralph.
Let's go talk to Vanellope!
(Calhoun drops Felix off and flies away in her aircraft. He sadly makes his way over to the castle, alone.)
Felix: How could she leave me behind like this… Is there something wrong with me?
(He knocks on the door and waits. Shortly after, Sour Bill opens it.)
Sour Bill: Yes?
Felix: I'm Fix-it Felix, Jr, sir, from the game Fix-it Felix Jr. Have you seen my friend, Ralph?
Sour Bill: Wreck-it Ralph?
Felix: Yes, yes, that's him.
Sour Bill: Shoulda locked him up when we had the chance.
Felix: Locked him up?
Sour Bill: Not making the same mistake with you.
(Sour Bill pulls on a lever and a trap door opens beneath Felix's feet. He falls in.)
(Lauriam lies in the middle of a flower field. A voice calls out to him.)
???: Big brother.
(Strelitzia walks towards him.)
Strelitzia: I thought I'd find you here.
(He wakes up from his nap.)
Strelitzia: Napping again?
Lauriam: Well, I've already collected my share of Lux for the day.
Strelitzia: Huh? But it's only the afternoon.
Lauriam: Got it all done in the morning. All we have to do is take out a few monsters. It couldn't get any easier.
(Sterlitzia stares at him silently, in shock. Lauriam turns around to find her with her mouth wide open.)
Lauriam: Why are you making that face?
(Strelitzia clutches her face.)
Strelitzia: Ah, ah, ah, I'm stunned! You're a prodigy, big brother. My jaw literally dropped.
(She sits down beside him.)
Strelitzia: Well, I for one had a pretty tough time chasing those monsters around today. Again.
Lauriam: But Strelitzia, your magical prowess is so much greater than mine. If you were to center yourself, you'd finish early, no problem.
Strelitzia: I just can't seem to do that...
Unless… you’d be my vanguard, while I protect the rear~
What if we teamed up~?
Lauriam: That's not going to help you, now, is it?
Once you're stronger - strong enough to protect me - I'll think about it. Let’s say, strong enough to carry me on your back?
Strelitzia: What! That'll never happen.
Lauriam: Anyway, I wanted to talk to you about the Dandelions.
Strelitzia: Oh, that...
Lauriam: Still can’t decide?
Strelitzia: Well, I'd miss my friends a lot if I left them... And also...
Strelitzia: There's this person. I wouldn't say we’re friends, but they're someone I’d like to talk to. If they're not a Dandelion, then...
Strelitzia: No no no no no, I didn’t mean it like that!!
Lauriam: What did I say about centering yourself? Gather your courage and go get 'em.
(Strelitzia flails back at him, embarrassed.)
Strelitzia: No no no no no no no, I said it's not like that!!
Strelitzia, everything is brighter when you're around. It gives us strength. Strength we'd all be lost without.
So believe in yourself.
Strelitzia: Awww… I dunno... You're saying all these wonderful things, but I don't feel it...
(Lauriam gets to his feet and places his hand on Strelitzia's head.)
Lauriam: It's true. You've already given me strength. I was bored out of my mind, but you've cheered me up enough to want to give it my all tomorrow.
(Strelitzia leaps to her feet with excitement.)
Strelitzia: Well in that case, we should do our missions together every—
(Her face falls.)
Lauriam: Well, if something were to happen to you, I'll come running.
(She shakes her head.)
Strelitzia: No, don't.
Strelitzia: You've given me a challenge, and I intend to see it through.
I'll get strong enough to carry you on my back, big brother! You'll see!
(The two stare at each other, and break the ice with laughter.)
(Suddenly, a strong wind flows through the air, scattering flower petals into the sky. The two watch them fly away, but once they're gone and Lauriam turns back at his sister, she's disappeared.)
(He looks around frantically and runs all over, calling her name.)
(A voice calls out behind him.)
(He turns towards the voice, only to find an orange haired figure, clad in a hooded white robe.)
Strelitzia: ...Big brother, I...
(The figure rises into the sky, and everything fades to white.)
(Lauriam snaps awake and finds himself lying on the ground in the destroyed ark chamber.)
Oh yeah… I was fighting the witch...
(He gets to his feet and sees the aftermath of their fight.)
Lauriam: So, she got away...
(He limps towards the exit and thinks back.)
Lauriam: Strelitzia… I...
