Same reason why I'm waiting for actual gameplay of Re:Mind as I could only really find footage of the new boss fights and the cutscenes. If the base gameplay isn't long or interesting enough I'm perfectly fine with only having played through the base game, I'm not interested in hard difficulty or super bosses.

Isn't the phrase Xemnas used "You are all tied to the legacy of the Keyblade"? We assumed that meant Chi era like with Lauriam and Elrena, but...

I rewatched the scene and he specifically stated "ancient Keyblade legacy". Of course it's possible Luxord ended up in Shinjuku in the past somehow so who knows?

As I understand it, the new 13 data battles are part of the "Limit Cut" episode, and you need to complete both that, and the "ReMind Scenario" (the main story of the dlc) to unlock the Secret Episode & Secret Boss. This is why actual footage of the fight is taking so long to surface. Those data battles are NOT easy, lol.

considering how everything went so far, I'm gonna assume the secret ending was purely concept-based like the previous ones and whatever happened before the Yozora fight might be the only actual interation of Sora being in Shibuya. But considering that there doesn't seem to have a proper cutscene for that, I think the fight might not be canon either. Not even in the same vein as Lingering will is canon to KH2.

Regardless if Yozora wins or loses it ends with him waking up in the back of his car so maybe it was just a dream to him, lol

The channel that posted the two after-battle cutscenes for Yozora seems to have ripped the cutscenes for the game and they posted every other cutscene for re:mind, so it's a relatively safe bet that there's no other cutscene to be seen. So whatever happens leading up to the Yozora boss battle is most likely a in-game rendered scene like the before-battle animations we have.
But I suppose we'll find out by this time tomorrow when Japanese players rush through the battles. [/spoilers]

Since the fight takes place on top of the 104 building I'm not sure how to take this world now. Before, it came off that Sora died and wound up there for Reapers' Game shenanigans. Nomura even seemed to imply that when referring to the importance of how "Shibuya" is written. And maybe that could still be the case because Sora winds up back in the Final World, AKA the waiting room of the dead, but Sora's frozen on top of the building in the bad ending and both could be canon for all we know and the more I think about all this, the more confused I becomeNomurawhydoyoudothis?

Yozora seems to have the "power of the stars" as there are constellations in the background during some attacks and he can steal your Keyblade and integrate it into his own sword.
