Rick went through Zeke's pantry grabbing a box of freeze dried mashed potatoes and two boxes of wild rice. Why does everyone eat better than me, he thought to himself. A shiver ran down his spine when he remembered his mother's cooking. Thank god he couldn't go home he thought, and laughed at himself.
A few minutes later Rick had fired up Zeke's stainless still flat surface stove and filled two pots boiling with water. I wonder if they keep any steaks in this place. Rick opened the door to the walk in freezer and stepped inside. The first thought that struck him was that he wasn't cold, he could tell the temprature of the air around him was cooler than it was outside, but he didn't feel cold. "Well this is interesting," he said to himself. "Now where are those steaks? Ah." His eyes lit up as they fell upon a large pack of frozen New York steaks. "Zeke, I love you man," Rick said as he walked out and found a pan to cook the steaks on.
