Sora in next Super Smash Bros? [3DS/Wii U]

Sora wouldn't be that awesome in SSB, not gonna lie. But we're a KH forum so we're gonna discuss it. Umm, MegaMan FTW! I'm watching this thread carefully. >_>
Megaman I'm iffy about, I want him in fate of two worlds first and foremost.
As for sora I honestly thought he would have been in brawl, there is no reason for him to not make the line up this time with 3D on the way and in need of advertisement, I mean snake made it in >=( and hopefully he'll see his way right the fuck out of this one.

I always thought the Project Sora thing was stupid as Sora is a very common Japanese name. I understand that what the KH fans want is different from what the SSB fans want, but I remember searching numerous different boards and seeing Sora under many. Was he the most wanted? No, but he was highly sought after (whether or not if that means he was in the top 5).
Me and my freind are avid players of SSB and sora has always been one of the characters we most wanted to see, as have all my other friends and they aren't even big fans of the KH series. Again as for megaman I expect Marvel vs Capcom to snag his rights for their own game first.
In fact they are assured it.

When I first read this I thought it meant Sora was confirmed as a character in the next SSB game. Haha I was disappointed.
Besides the Disney thing, I don't see why Sora can't be in SSB. I wouldn't call him a nintendo character, but he has had games on nintendo consoles. It would be good for SE to have one of their characters in a popular game like SSB. And I could see Sora fitting in with the other characters pretty well.
But I honestly don't think I would play as him that much.
I'd at least give him a try, I like to think he may play like a mixture of marth and ike, which means maybe something like roy, I would welcome it.
I imagine him more like a combination of Zelda and Pit without wings. Y'know, with a few projectiles and some more unique sword techniques. Possibly a strike raid attack. In fact, he could be a pretty cool projectile-based character, with a few sword slashes for his smashes or basic attacks.
I like the idea of this, seems rounded enough, I dont know why though but pits style doesnt seem to fit though, sora's stance is very samuria like, as is his fighting style in general, so I always figured he'd be a more refined fighter.
I don't see how he would be much like Zelda...I'm not talking about Sheik, just Zelda. I main Zelda and her moves are just so different from Sora himself. She isn't fast, her attacks are fairly mid-range for physical attacks, which a keyblade would easily outreach. Her few magic attacks don't really relate to any magic attacks Sora has, so I would say if anything he would be like Pit, not even Roy as Roy didn't have any projectiles and was a bit faster than I imagine Sora to be (then again, Melee was a faster game than Brawl).

Fake, if it was Ven, a real company wouldn't mistake Ven's Keyblade holding style, as Ven holds his keyblade is a different manner, blade facing towards the back instead of the front. This is probably just a mod for an existing game.ven confirmed for smash 4
But I'd rather see Megaman and Protoman in Smash4, everyone loves Megaman and also like to slice and dice with a sword so Protoman is also perfect. But I'd love to see this game be able to be updatable from the EStore for extra data to be stored in SD Card, if not update then cant play online or something, but its not much anyways since you can only play with FRIENDs Friend Codes and not random people also.

I really don't want to see Sora in a SSB game. It just wouldn't fit, IMO.
Um... yeah, we know that. Scubasteve wasn't being serious in his post.
Anyway, I'd love to see Sora in Smash Bros. From what I recall, wasn't he originally a candidate to who could join Brawl between Sonic, Snake and others?

On a side note, I'd love Sora to be in KH. I wouldn't mind Megaman either.
Snake didn't seem like he'd fit but alas there he is wanting to get in Samus' Zero suit.
Personally, I would luv seeing Sora as a character in the next Smash Bros., but only as an unlockable. I say this for a couple reasons. #1: Having Sora in the main roster would instantly make him the main attraction and would probably cause all the other characters to receive little to no attention both from a development standpoint and a fanship standpoint. #2: I have NO idea where he would fit in the "story mode".
I really doubt Sora would steal the show. The KH fandom is a lot smaller than we really think. The Mario, Sonic, Pokemon, and Kirby fandoms are a lot larger than this one.

we are nearly as cynical as the sonic fandom though.
I don't see Sora stealing the show at all.
And as for him fitting in the story mode... did you see Solid Snake fitting into Story mode? Besides, the story's not that complex anyway, I don't see how there could be any complications to this
