Ok a while back I had Sony vegas 7.0 and everything was just fine. But towards the end of the trial the clips wouldn't show. I woud just get these 'red clips' No sound would play and no clips would show up.
I deleted 7.0.
Then after a while i got 8.0 and the same thing happened. I read more into it and I found out that there has been a few problems with Sony vegas and Vista. So I left it at that. But then a friend of mine said it worked for him. He also has Vista and 8.0 and everything works well for him.
So i did more searching. And a little experimenting and found out that Vegas accepts .Mov files. But not .wma and such. But the files that i dowload are all .wma and to get them into .mov files i had to do alot of converting.
No the problem is...is there something wrong with my vegas? My friend has no problem with his thats including .wma/.mov and other files.
So whats up with mines and is there anyway to fix it?
