According to Axel, Saix was a different person before becoming a Nobody. Becoming a Nobody changed him.

Well, Axel and Larxene don't act too familiar in CoM.
Her introduction in the novel actually proves that they weren't familiar with each other (yeah, not canon, blah, but this is complimented by what we see in CoM).

If there is a girl in their group, there's no hint of it from what I can see.

He said it when Roxas asks him about love, saying it was something that he would never get to experience now that he was a Nobody and that now they would never know the difference. (Which of course implies he didn't have it as a Somebody if it is something he considers he will "never get to experience".)

But... Look: Saix is number 7, Axel is number 8 and Larxene is number 12. It doesn't make much sense. It would make more sense if this third person was Demyx, once he's number 9; it would fit perfectly. The three of them were there on Radiant Garden's street playing when the molest-guy Vexen talked to them "Do you 3 want some lollipops?", they answered "Yes, sir" and then they went to the lab and were turned into nobodies against their wills. OK, forget about Vexen's part, but it would fit perfectly, wouldn't it?

Why would Square suddenly stop with the trio motif they had in all the other games to give us just Axel and Saïx/Lea and Not-Saïx?
Could there be another, unmentioned person to complete the trio?
Could it be Larxene? Could she show up in BBS?

1) I don't think he stopped the "trio motif" they had in the games, maybe Lea and Isa (Saix's Somebody) isn't meant to have/be a trio.
2) Maybe, who knows, but imo, I don't think there will be another person to make up a trio of them. And who said they will be a trio?
3) Hmm.. I don't think it'll be Larxene, I don't see any connection with those three.
