As for the woman, those were old KH2 screenshots, and were on the Original KH. So we all know where she went. [SCRAPPED] So even if there WAS another unnumbered woman who isn't in the Organization, [Highly Doubtful] She's been cut out. Anyway, she wouldn't have been important anyway. Look at Larxene; she was hyped as an important member, but in the end, she was just cast aside like the little witch she was.
