If you are referring to the BwHoPL, then SA thought of that.
Ya see if you think about it, the PoH hadn't been established yet, seeing as how they aren't called Princess of Heart.
Terra says that MX is looking for the the hearts of pure light, so then the possiblity arises that maybe there are more than seven beings with hearts of pure light (PoH), so MX may be looking for more.
Castle of Dreams - Foyer
Aqua: "Is there a clue of Master Xehanort?"
Terra: "He is interested in hearts of pure light."
Aqua: "A heart of pure light..."
Terra: "We'll chase the light too."
Terra: "Master Xehanort should appear if we do so."
So in theory there are more than just seven beings with pure hearts, but it is not fact, nor confirmed.
It just makes sense.
MAybe each scenario visits the worlds at each particular point....Mybe terra is the first to meet snow white...maybe BEFORE the film's opening....then Aqua might be there to help her escape the huntsman and they discover the house of the 7 dwarve....then ven might then come along when the poison apple incident occurs and helps to defeat the evil step mother....(if she is going to be the final boss of the area.......I am sure someone said something like this.....and the stories weave in and out of each others paths...some might be on the world at the same time but never meet or they team up at one point......Maybe Terra nad ven meet up and team up on one world...but ven and aqua keep missing each other on another (like in an american tail how close feifel(sp) came to finding his family but to miss them because they were either silent or was just distracted by something else.).
Well he probably is the first to visit, though she seems unphased by his presense so maybe some other TAV member was there.
And as for them meeting up, they meet up randomly.
Terra is searching for MX and by extension the BwHoPL.
Ven seems to be more involved with DS and tends to be visting worlds at random, however he interatcts with them more, getting an understadnting of the resisdents thoughts.
Aqua seems to be the last to visit most of the worlds, though her path probably leads to investigate worlds and so she gets better understanding of the situation.
