All they have to do is buy KH3D from anywhere in Europe and they'll be fine.

The thing abut operation rainfall is that due to the amount of publicity it was getting, Xenoblade, and the Last Story sold well in Europe, and eventually they both got a NA release. They also compagned in a peaceful manner.

So if a few select stores are still selling - does that mean people in Portugal and Spain still have a chance at buying the game without ordering? I hope so, otherwise im stuck with getting an emulator and the rom when they are avaiable - something I wanted to avoid...
There will not be an emulator or rom because the 3DS has not be hacked.

I did say WHEN they are avaiable. But I will visit all GAME, Worten and Fnac stores around my area. Hopefully they will have it.

You weren't going to be able to pirate it anyways xD
Sooner or later (even if in a few years) it will be possible to emulate the 3DS and I was willing to wait that time if there were no KH3D in Portugal
