50mg of diphenhydramine (Benadryl) a night.

Don't take more then 300mg though, or you will literally trip balls. (and not the good kind of ball-tripping either.)


The 50mg will knock you right out though, diphenhydramine is the active ingredient in a lot of sleeping pills.

seriously i was like lucid sleepwalking one night and ran into a wall because i thought it was pretty
[then again i might have done that when not on sleep medication...uh...]

anyways i take 2mg of melatonin, personally
