All of the key characters from the X series are going to make an appearance in Kingdom Hearts III in some capacity, they're too attached to the lore not to at this point.

I wouldn't necessarily say they'll appear in Sora's time, but probably in flashbacks I guess. Either way, they're more or less confirmed for 2.8.
