When I open the thing to insert an image it doesnt say browse and i dont remember how I did it last time so plaese help. I feel so dumb. thanx in advanced.

Um... Wrong thread. Upload the Image to a Image Hosting site(ex: Photobucket) copy the URL of the Image into the the Add Image button (looks like a sun and green plain. Make sure you have the mouce were you want it. Then, Submit it.
