I've checked the IP. He doesn't have the same IP as shorty. Actually, he has the same IP as the creator of this thread, cool_hot_lemonad. =\

Mr.McNugsta might not be the same as shorty, though he IS in violation of multiple accounts. I'll be discussing this with other moderators and admins.
