Anyone share viewpoints with characters in the series?

I'm replaying KH1 and realizing that,now that I'm a teacher, I agree with one line that Ansem SoD says. "One who knows nothing can understand nothing". I heard that and instantly thought, "wow. He understands teaching children".

Anyone else have those moments in the series?

Well, I know that Birth by Sleep helped me see that people like Xehanort and Ansem Seeker of Darkness aren't necessarily wrong about there needing to be a balance and that there is such a thing as "tyranny of light", but they still have the issue of being well, complete @sshats to the people around them and causing tragedy.

I can also see somethings being true, in what Aqua and I believe Sora has said. Things along the lines of "My friends are my power and I'm theirs'. Albeit, I don't think one needed to be older to understand that.

Agreed. I found myself considering Xehanort's whole "there must be a balance" speech. Light can corrupt as much as darkness. Reminds what Sirius Black said to Harry in the Order of the Phoenix. It's what you do that counts. Terra uses his darkness to protect Ven and Eraqus tries to harm Ven with the light.
