Even now, many players are likely to be missing a few commands in their journals, but the Guidebook doesn't list them in exact order. Thus,I have written an extensive list of each character's Commands in the order they show up in the Journal. See Terra's section for Friendship commands and Abilities, since they are the same for all three characters, I omitted them in Ventus and Aqua's respective sections.

It was definitely a long post. Took me a few minutes using the Journal in-game and the guidebook (For the finishers' original names, as the alternate name you give show up in the Journal and I didn't feel like resetting and typing them in again. Frozen Fortune is a Command Style you get by completing "Dessert Paradise"'s Master Mode at Ice Cream Beat with a Fantastic. The Finisher of a Command Style has the same name as the style, so they show up in the Journal (I'm sure you know that, but there's a part of me incessantly nagging to put that down in some word form...).

I wondered what I will get if I defeated the last song. But how do you get Mega Flare? I mean what magic do you have to meld to get that? And the same for a few of the movements, blocks, and reprisals. But I wanna know for Ven right now seeing as thats who I'm playing as.

The Recipe for Mega Flare is Fission Firaga and Crawling Fire...the others I dunno, but most the time you need a base block/movement command and then another Magic of the type you want the command to have.
Like i.e. Block/Barrier and Curaga for Renewal Block/Barrier.
