for proud 83
for crictal (this is a guess from how hard i heard crictal mode is)at lv94

My older brother beat him at level 38 on proud mode, from what I saw, the player's skill and abilities to evade his attacks are far more important than the level to resist them.

i want to beat sephiroth once i get explosion from the 2 element bosses from Agrabah.

I'm planning to just skip monster fights and just try to get to sephiroth... before lvl 40.

I cant beat him level 36 on proud(no drive abilities except level 1 high jump are killing me). i managed to get him down to 5 bars of health but descend heartless angel is a killer without ariel dodge!

Heartless Angel can't be evaded, only cuontered by attacking him before he casts it.

i don't really care what lvl i am i kill him anytime any level u just need luck to beat him at lvl 1 staying lvl 1 is possbile when shep uses the fire go in and spam reflect

Yes, that one guy beat Sephiroth on Critical Mode at Lvl 1 with no accessories or armors (or very many abilities, i think) and never got damaged. All he did was use Attack, Reflectga, and Guard.
