Oh yeah also when i sing one winged angel is say seph-ee-roth but when i just say his name i say seph-a-roth for some reason. Weird...

That would make sense, except that you spelled the word wrong. There's no "i" in Arcanum. So, your pronunciation doesn't really make sense. I usually dont even say the "Ars" part, it feels kinda tagged on to me, and I pronounce the rest of it as Ar-cane-um.

They say it wrong in the one winged angel song. They sing in Latin, so they say it with a latin accent. It makes it sound cooler. The way they say it is DEFINITELY wrong.

Wow, I didn't know Latin had an accent! Maybe because there are no native speakers of Latin anymore! Besides, It is the root of many, if not most, of the languages that exist on Earth today. If anything, we all have accents. Anyhoo, Sephiroth's name is from the Kabbala, and it is originally pronounced "Seh-fee-rowth", though I say
"Seh-fer-rawth"
