sephiroth strategy

okay if you're having trouble beating sephiroth here's the deal but it might take awhile so be paitent, first you need to wait until the end of the game then you need to upgrade all of your forms if you haven't already, then you'll need to put on elixirs in all your slots and put them on reload,you also need the ultima recipe which is in the mansion at twilight town, when you get it it will let you synthesize the ultima keyblade , then you need to go to the olympus collisieum. when you get there go right and through the door, fight your way to the next checkpoint using your valor form. after you upgrade your valor form all the way do the same with wisdom and master form, but not final form because final form upgrades by killing nobody's.( to get final form, after it shows the movie of sora and roxas fighting you have to use valor form all the time. after every time you get anti form you get a better chance of getting final form, so at this point you need to get anti form ) after you get done upgrading valor wisdom and master forms go to the world that never was and start upgrading your final form. after it is upgraded all the way you are ready to face sephiroth!! good luck.

Actually your completely wrong
First off you dont need the ultima weapon
2) you dont need to level up all your forms
3) all you need is to have high jump lv 2 and aerial dodge
4) you dont need elixirs in all slots///all you need is one elixir maybe two for backup...when sephiroth flys up in the air to do heartless angel all you have to do is slash him before his ability activates
Ok no offense but are you even good at fighting sephiroth have you even beat him on proud mode yet
Im not trying to be mean but basically nothing you said except for a few things are even needed at all to beat sephiroth

Also the strategy is pretty simple
First off all you need is 1-2 elixirs and the rest put in High Potions
for your shortcuts use high potion, elixir, curaga, and reflega
You should equip the abilities high jump and aerial dodge
2) equip the abilities that involve the aerial combat
3) also equip the abilities guard and counter guard
4) my style of fighting is using explosion if yours is to then equip it and MAKE SURE to UNEQUIP guard break
5) every time he uses the reaction command attack stop it
6) dont stay to far from him stay pretty close but be on your guard and as soon as he comes use guard and right after you press the guard button quickly press the X button so youll activate counterguard quicker
7) here comes the good part as soon as you counterguard start your combo after it finishes you can continue another one or just stop and wait
8) if he doesnt charge to slash and instead he teleports to slash you in the air dont I REPEAT DONT use aerial recovery use the ability that attacks in the air which is the square buttons(sorry i havent played in a while so dont remember all the ability names) also if you want to do some damage dont keep with square after a few hits in the air switch to the X button for a longer combo
9) continue with steps 6-8
10) if he uses his dark ball attack uses reflega once and only once unless there he creates more
11) if he uses his firaga wall then repeated use reflega intill after it stops (trust me you should have enough MP to do this and by doing this you can do around two bars or more of damage)
12) when he does heartless angel(when he flys in the air to take away your health and mp) if you miss then quickly use a elixir then get ready to press triangle because soon after he does his reaction command attack
13) also if your health is getting low dont be afraid to do curaga/// also use curaga when your mp is low so your mp bar will recover
14) when he gets stronger do the same thing but be careful his attacks are stronger


Also if on Proud you have to equip either once more or second chance( i cant remember which one is which but equip the one that is for 1 hp at the end of a combo)
on proud mode if you dont have that ability then as soon as his combo starts then its gameover

I beat him while i was 79 lvl with oblivion,without elexirs(forgot to put them),every form were lvl2,but it was nice you wanted to help someones,but next time check twice...

Yeah sorry Eliza I just couldnt remember what the abilities i havent played in awhile and i didnt want to put in my KH2 disc so
I know thats not much of an excuse but oh well next time ill check twice for the abilities

Yeah......
One good ability to have is EXPLOSION. If possible, there is an ability(sorry, don't remember name) that lets you use two finishing combos. If so, guard break is good with it.

Actually there is no ability that allows two finishing attacks because otherwise it wouldnt be called a finishing attack
Also explosion is a good ability i already posted it above in my strategy
