Was he really the secret boss? I have a feeling this is just another story-bound boss... :/

He is in the secret chapter. And all secret boss being original character were story bound so far, it was just less obvious.
I don't think this is the secret boss.It's more of a story boss.Also it didn't even look that difficult.

Yep, I'd say that's pretty reliable. Wonder if it's as powerful as the Lingering Sentiment
Apparently it's only got 1 HP bar, but it's attacks are stupidly powerful...
He IS very powerful in fact >.<....so hard to beat, I'd say he's much stronger than Lingering Sentiment, Geez he sends anti-vanitas forms at you and swipes in giving you no chance to counter....XD
So what everyone guessed is correct? LoD is in fact now CO? Have we seen Aqua at CO yet?
Aqua took Ven to CO just before the final battle with Terranort in the Last Episode. She set Ven on Eraqus' throne and used Eraqus' Keyblade to turn LoD into CO. The throne room ends up turning into the Room of Awakening, in which Ven sleeps. She probably did that to preserve Ven until Sora came back and rescued everyone in KH III.
