OK, I tried to make it once but it ended up being too salty and when I boiled the egg yolk,sugar and hot milk it didn't turn like custard. I really need help on how it should be looking at the different stages(go in depth, don't just say like a custard) and what sort of materials I should use to assist making it(such as cake mixer etc.). Please can someone help me I really want to make some good sea salt ice cream.
