Scanlation help..

I really need an answer about a certain manga, that is if anyone reads it. Here goes...does anyone read the manga Initial D? I found a place where they have Vol. 1-6 but Vol. 7 is incomplete. Not only that but there's no Vol. 8-15 anyway. I searched for these volumes everywhere on the net and it seems like they don't exist, but volumes 16 and onward exist. Can someone help me?

OK! Thanks, but sadly its been years that I haven't used mIRC and I forgot everything on how to use it. If its for the chapters, this has to be my last resort. I see the missing volumes, thanks.
