Anyway, I'm well aware that there's a lot left that they can do. I've been keeping track of Disney movies they can use for about ten years now (I've been a KH fan since KH1 first came out). I just wonder if some of them would work.

Don't get me wrong! I know Disney has great movies, and they could do a lot with them, but if they start having new Disney movies in every game (doubtful, I know), the options will decrease a lot sooner. Like I said, they have a lot of games left to do. LOL.

There just needs to be a balance since we don't want new stuff all the time, but we don't want to save Alice in Wonderland. Again.

But, yeah, what'll happen when all of the good animated movies are used? Having too many animals, at once, would take away from KH. At least I think so. And some of the newer movies don't have the same magic, you know?

And Pixar has great movies, but I don't see ones like Ratatouille in KH. I just don't.

And didn't Nomura say he didn't want to do TV shows?

Live action's always a good choice (I want Narnia), but Sora and company do stick out like a sore thumb in those. And isn't there legal issues with some of the actors? I could be wrong, but I think someone said that about Enchanted.

I guess (cringe worthy) Disney Channel Original Movies are always a possibility. And some of the bad sequels. But I also heard a rumor that Nomura's staying away from the straight to VHS/DVD movies, but I don't know if that's true. There are so many Nomura rumors...

Anyway, I should probably shut up now. Sorry this is so long.

And on the subject of guessing what the next world will be revealed as, I'm hoping for Pocahontas. That movie seems to fit in with 3D. It's darker, and has you question what's right and wrong.

Doesn't matter if the Disney magic is there or not. If it will fit in KH, it is going to go in unless there is some legal issue.

We wouldn't get a plethora of anthropomorphic movies in one game. Nomura and his merry band of developers know how to balance things out.

That is why people are rooting for other Pixar films.

Not that I remember off the top of my head. If he did, he probably only meant he wants to focus on Disney movies because of how iconic they are. I think TV shows have a lot of legal issues, though. A lot of them aren't even on DVD which leaves people to wonder just what the status of TV shows are.

Just to note, Scrooge McDuck was primarily from TV shows, most notably Duck Tales, yet he was in KH2.

While I put Narnia on the list in the Worlds thread, Narnia's rights were bought by Fox.

Enchanted had issues when it came to making Giselle a Disney Princess. Disney would have had to pay Amy Adams royalties for using her likeness, so they decided to not include Giselle as a Princess in their Princess line. The movie is perfectly fine to be used in KH, though. Idk how people would feel about going to NY, though.

Lol Nomura already used a Straight-to-Home video when he did the Return of Jafar in KH2. Nomura and his team + Disney know good Disney from bad Disney, so I'm pretty sure they wouldn't have any of the bad sequels in a future KH game. There are a few good and workable Disney sequels, so you can't ignore them.

I don't think they'd use Disney Channel Original Movies just because they aren't all that good. Maybe the ones based on cartoon tv series...

Yeah... the only DCOMs I ever see really working are the Kim Possible movies or something. Or the Phineas and Ferb one. But even those are longshots. But if KH lasts that long, we may see them someday.

We never actually found out what he discussed with Disney when he visited during E3. I'd assume it was about a lot of things, like the worlds in DDD, and the anniversary.

Nomura has led us astray many times. He's also a big liar/tease (when I say this I mean it with love.) I do trust that he is in-tune with the fanbase and knows what is wanted and what isn't, though.

Exactly. Sequels can work if done properly. (I can't agree RoJ was done properly but it didn't feel out of place so that's something)

Preaching to the choir. We talk about this a lot in the Worlds thread on how if there is one acception made for KH3 concerning Aladdin, it is that we get this movie, done properly. It is honestly too good to pass up. Also Cassim is the greatest Disney dad~

Thing is, you have to think of the timeline for the movies. TLK2 is almost impossible since a a few years would need to pass. I'm thinking movies like Mulan 2, Cinderella III (it is perfect for BBSv2 considering it completely rewrites Cinderella's history and could explain why the world is in the RoD), or idk. Lol

If it comes down to it, or fans are vocal enough, we'd see Disney cartoon series before we'd see the movies. Many people talk about Gargoyles, Darkwing Duck, and Kim Possible a lot. (lol I think select episodes from the Aladdin TV series would work like the one where Jamine doesn't remember who she is and believes she is the Scourge of Agrabah, evilest thief anybody has ever seen, or the ones with Mozenrath)

LOL. Nomura is a tease. But I've actually liked all the KH games (besides Coded), so I don't really think he's done too bad. And I'm sure Versus will be awesome if/when it comes out. If only it wasn't taking so long! Also, TWEWY was amazing, and Advent Children. So, yeah, I trust Nomura. For the most part. Definitely not his over use of the KH1 designs, though.

Well, animals age differently. And Nala was pregnant with Kiara in KH2. Yep Cinderella III would be awesome. On that note, I'l shut up now, and be done with this discussion.

I liked Sky High but I would be indifferent about it in KH. Maybe if they found a way to make it cartoony instead of using realistic graphics for it like they did with Port Royal.

But I feel like it would be too hard to distinct the differences between them. Plus, Enchanted takes place within NYC partially, and I don't think that real world locations should be a part of KH.

I think if they base it off of Andalasia it would be okay. I wouldn't mind something a bit more modern in KH, though...I mean China was a real place, and so is Notre Dame in Paris, France.
