Roxas meets Pete in 358/2 days??

I doubt it. Because 358/2 days is before KH2. During KH2 Pete never mention once about Sora looking like anybody else. Based on the fact so far everybody who came into contact with Roxas said somting to Sora about looking like "him". So that is my reasoning for doubting him meeting Pete.

Who all said that outside of organization members, though?

Anyways, it's impossible. Maleficent released Pete from confinement in KHII.

It's possible that Roxas might fight Pete. Pete's obviously not the smartest thing on two legs, and I doubt he could connect Roxas with Sora in KH2. And Roxas doesn't remember anything about his life as Sora, so he wouldn't be able to tell Pete what happened to Maleficent. Technically, it could work without ruining KH2's storyline.
