Wouldn't it be interesting if there was a Kingdom Hearts game that was in Riku's point of view or Kairi's point of view. From the very beginning to the very end. I mean some people probably want to know were Kiari came from. What do you think?

kairi is from Radiant Garden. But she is clearly not interesting enough for her own game... Riku could have worked better, but I think his story has been covered pretty much so far so a Riku game isn't really necessary.

No game for Kairi. Current Kairi sucks and can't fight. She doesn't even have a weapon. A Riku game would work out nicely if Coded doesn't explain Riku's story, but that's the only thing that would work. Kairi game = FAIL.

There's no reason to.

Everything about Riku's getting explained.
There's nothing about Kairi that needs to be explained.

Kairi is basically is as developed and explained as she needs to be right now which is probably equivalent to a stick so a game would probably comprise of running, just running, no fighting, no action, and following Sora and unbeknownly trying to make him give up everything and just leave with you . We kinda already know Riku's point of view through CoM but other than that his POV is basically explained. :)

She uses a keyblade for short time in kh2, but still doesn't deserve her own game.

And yet the Keyblade isn't even her's which is why I said she has no weapon.

Riku, however, could have an interesting game recounting his experiences in kh1 time.

Agreed, although it seems this may be explained upon in Coded rather than making a whole game for it (which kind of sucks 'cuz I would like to play as Riku in KH1 and control Heartless and such).

First off, Nomura already confirmed that it IS her Keyblade; Riku just gave it to her. He mentioned that are a set of principles that must be applied before one is able to wield a Keyblade -- although, those principles he doesn't really mention. Anyway, even with a Keyblade, she still doesn't deserve a game all to herself.

And Riku already got his own game: Reverse/Rebirth. It wasn't much, but it was still fun. Besides, his story from the first game isn't really that deep so there's no point in really spending an entire game describing it. And Coded is pretty much there for that reason anyway. If he even gets a game at all, it would be for KHII. But even then, it's not really that important. Just wait for KH3 and hopefully we'll get a chance to play as Riku there, like how we get to play as Aqua, Terra and Ven in Birth by Sleep.

Quote or it never happened.
And no, calling it "Kairi's Keyblade" in Another Report doesn't count. The thing has no name. The Oblivion used to be called Riku's Keyblade. Is it his? No, it shows relations.

He mentioned that are a set of principles that must be applied before one is able to wield a Keyblade -- although, those principles he doesn't really mention.

So how do we know Kaiir can? XD

Anyway, even with a Keyblade, she still doesn't deserve a game all to herself.

How lucky she doesn't even have a Keyblade then.

A game about Riku would be awesome, but I believe he's explained a lot in Coded. About Kairi, she's not developed enough to have her own game, sadly.

With all the hype about Riku, I'd actually like a game that's really, truthfully, honestly about Sora for a change. Like how CoM came close to being but ironically it was more about Namine than Sora so it wasn't a numbered title.
Let's face it - Sora's about the most underdeveloped character relative to how much screen time he's given. :C

There is no reason in a Kairi story; However, There might be a possiblity of another Riku story. The only thing that kh didn't say about Riku was what was he doing in kh2 after Sora awoke. Was he following Sora? Was he hunting down the organization? Was he teaming up with Axel? in the worlds he went to? That could make a Riku story again

True, but it would be interesting if Nomura showed her before she came to Destiny Islands and she was different. Then when she was revealed to be a POH Xehanort erased her memory and that would account for her somewhat spaced out personality. It could also explain how and why Xehanort sent her to destiny isles. Then, skipping ahead through the the first and second and, possibly, the third, she goes on an adventure of her own to uncover her past fighting heartless with a keyblade. possibly

But given how Kairi's acted so far, I don't think she really gives a damn about her past. :/

Plus, I don't see Xehanort erasing her memories. It doesn't make sense. All that he needed was to have her meet up with the Keyblade Wielder. Nothing would benefit him from erasing her memories.

hollow bastion. as in, the kh1 one. the GOOD one.
honestly i think a riku game would be amazing regardless of how much his story is told already. think about it. what hasnt been told about can be told. what has been told can be retold from his POV. they could make a game based on his experiences through the whole saga, minus COM though i guess. so as to not make it ridiculously long, it could be set up as missions or days like in 358/2. boss fights against sora? against roxas? xemnas? i think that would just be epic, especially fighting boss battles against sora. that for me is just a dream beyond dreams. beyond that, i agree with smile. a true sora game is really needed in the near future, ex: KH3. sora really is underdeveloped and his character has become stale, thats why so many people are wanting games with TAV, kairi..?, riku, etc. but if a game is made where sora becomes important again and actually focuses on him and what he goes thru instead of every other character and sora's reaction to them, people would really start to like sora again i think.
