Re: Resident Evil 5

Ohh, so you should have that Gatlin gun right?

What system you play on?

I don't have the Gatlin gun yet, because I have yet to upgrade the first machine gun I got, although my partner who I play with all the time upgrade his SMG fully and got it.
Pretty much upgraded the first of all your guns unlocks the best of the types. Like I've already unlocked the best handgun, the best shotgun "Hydra", and the best Mag which is silver with an extremely long barrel, but is a bitch to reload.

I have the ps3 version.

That happened to me at Gamestop, so I just drove to Walmart and got the last copy the other day.
Maybe I just went to the wrong Walmart.

Then stop being so young. If there is one thing I cannot stand it is the young...people
What the hell?

I think I'm going to try tomorrow after school.
Game informer basically just said Sheva's AI sucks(9.5 out of 10). I don't have the right internet for my PS3 and my brother sucks at RE4 so he'd suck at this, right?

Re: Resident Evil 5

Never played Army of Two without a friend. . .

Also, co-op is fun on this game, sadly, I'm alone now.

Rented it, don't have to return it for a month, lol.

As big a fanboy as I am of this game, I'll openly admit, co-op is the way to go. Get yourself a co-op partner and you'll have some of the best gaming you've experienced. Play with the AI, and, well, you're in for some stress.

Re: Resident Evil 5

Ok, it's been a week since release, so I think we can openly discuss the game now without spoilers.

Don't read on if you don't own RE5 yet.

YouTube - Resident Evil 5 Reveal of Birdlady (birdwoman). SPOILERS

This scene made me nearly fall off my chair. I somewhat expected it coming, but more of me was denying it. Jill, THE heroine of RE, being held in a tank by Wesker for TWO YEARS being experimented on. Jesus. My friend and I killed her twice before realising what to do. :(

Lol that's what happened to me and Ojike. I went after Jill in the first battle you have with her and Wesker and I mowed her down not thinking I just had to knock her out. Then in the final fight as soon as the battle started Ojike shot her and mission failed popped up, it took a while before we figured out exactly what to do but we figured it out.

Honestly the big reveal wasn't shocking at all, they hinted at it far too much in the trailers and Chris being the type of cliche heroic character he is it was obvious he would find Jill and that she'd was going to be alive given the "cliff hanger" ending of his flashback. Also the fact that her face was shrouded in "mystery" just drove home the point.

He went the way of Anakin.

Beat the game at 5:30 AM. Played it all last night with two friends. I must say, the boss fights seemed to wear on and on, but the Wesker ones were fun. Sadly, we both ran out of ammo on the last one, so we literally beat him with a knife and a stun baton.

Probably the first Wesker one. I kept restraining her while my friend would attempt to fight Wesker. It was a LOT of fun, even if we were accomplishing nothing. I made Jill look horrible.

You can instantly kill him if you use the "restrain" option when you get near him after the weak spot appears on his chest. Sheva just knifes him to death, but you have to keep clicking X or you die instantly.
