Since we got the secret ending translated a lot of stuff has made more sense
At the end of the video it says Reconnect Kingdom Hearts
and its pretty obvious this will be the mystery game (maybe it will have a different title)
I remember that Nomura said the myster game will be more like a main game and it will include the main character which is Sora and as we see in the secret ending Sora is getting ready to leave DI once again (without Kairi thank god, this time I hope she stays there) He mentions that there is still sad people and that they are waiting for him
Thats obviously what the next game gonna be about
Sora is going to go save those "sad" people
Who these people are I dont know but its probably the BBS crew and AtW
So let's dicuss on what you think Reconnect Kingdom Hearts will be about



P.S demtits these are still looking good after 12 years

From what I can gather, the next game will be about Sora rescuing the tormented hearts (Lingering Sentiment, Aqua and Ansem, Xion, Axel, and Ven, other Org. XIII members, etc.) across the Kingdom Hearts universe by going back in time through the data world.

KH 1 and KH 2 fused together with Vanitas as the main protagonist.

I think it takes place a year after KH2.

Seriously? Man this is starting to give me a headache. facepalm

Can't Sora just open the doors of KH and pull some FMA stunt?

We still dont know when SRK gets the letter (it might be one year after since the coded situation)
We do know that Aqua meets up with AtW one year after KH2
I thought Vanitas died
and him being a protagonist is iffy i rather have him as a crazy sora
we dont need two happy soras running around

Its a year later there all wearing the same clothes and look EXACTLY the same as they did in KH2?

I'm still confused as to how it would be possible to save real people by saving their counterparts inside a friggin notebook, but ok Nomura, I'll bite.

Sora is turning into Jesus/Neo/Highlander/Naruto/Ichigo. SORA IS THE ONE!!!

C'mon, who's up for a Kingdom Hearts/The Matrix game? It totally works. Sora (Neo) is going to go inside the data world (The Matrix) and save those sad people (free them from The Matrix).

Well atleast its going back to KH1 when everyone thought Sora is the chosen one and the only one who can save everybody

I actually really like this idea... the idea of all the "sad" characters coming back for a big adventure. Maybe a game that tires together BBS, KH1, COM, KH2 and Days... or maybe not. but I dunno...

I thought Ansem met Aqua a while after BBS, after he was blasted back in time by that explosion... WatThaFuck!?

Im still iffy on how Sora is supposed to "save" everyone. DiZ and Namine sort of forced Sora to fuse wtih Roxas, so I dunno how they would be able to bring Ven back. And all that remains of Terra is his heart in that "Lingering Sentiment" suit of his since Sora kind of DESTROYED his body TWICE (Ansem and Xemnas). Not to mention why didn't Sora and Riku run into Aqua prior to returning to Destiny Island? Not to mention Sora just WIPED all of the Org. 13 people so he sort of made a bigger mess now. facepalm

It sounded like Terra absorbed Eraqus's heart. During the secret ending Master Xehanort said "So, you're harboring another's heart inside you?" and then said "Eraqus."
So yeah, its pretty much confirmed that Eraqus's heart is with Terra so freeing Terra will probably free both of them, hopefully!
