I know this isn't specifically about the addition of the gender icons, but as far as changes on the post layout go, I'm not crazy about the center alignment for the name and title :/

It'd be better if it was optional or slightly customizable, in my opinion.

I think the smaller avatars look stupid with the center alignment, and also if you have a shorter name.

It's because all of the text under the avatar is on the left, while the username is in the center.

It just looks awkward.
