Raid Bosses?

I know when you can help your party with a raid boss, but how do you get a distress call from someone NOT in your party? I have fought like 2 of them from another random person and I don't know where the heck they come from...

You can't get Raid Boss requests from people not in your party (I think at least). Are you sure they aren't in your party? I'm in a very large party and I can't keep track of whose in it; maybe that's what's happening.

I'm pretty sure if someone isn't in a party, then their raid boss requests can be sent out to the whole union. I've only gotten a raid boss request once and it was when I wasn't in a party so it wasn't from other party members, so I imagine it's just from people in the union who aren't in a party.

Nah, you can get them from people not in your party, I think you get them from unpartied people in general

that would have to make the most sense, because trust me, I have a 4-member squad...there's no way I wouldn't know if they were in party or not.
