Ok, well for starters, is there a theatere mode? Also, after the game is beaten, are there any bosses we can go back and fight again? After all 3 stories are beaten do we unlock final episode or do we have to do something else? How is the secret movie unlocked?

1. Yes, there is theater mode.
2. You have access to the Vanitas Sentiment after you finish each scenario iirc. There's also the Mirage Arena.
3. To unlock Last Episode, you need to finish each scenario and collect all of the Xehanort Reports.
4. To unlock the secret ending, you need 100% completion in Standard Mode, or collect all the Xehanort Reports and beat the game with each character in Proud Mode.

You can also refight each character's last boss and fight the last boss in the Last Episode as many times as you want.
