If I remember correctly, at the end of the game Riku had obtained the data that Ansem the Wise had hidden in Sora. Did they actually reveal what this was or is it still a mystery?

The exact content is not revealed yet put the purpose of it is made clear.
In conjunction with the power to awaken lost hearts Sora and Riku gained by opening the seven sleeping keyholes, this data will be the key to recreate Xion, Naminé and Roxas as well as save Terra, Aqua and Ventus.

The part from the game:
Ansem the Wise's legacy said:
Riku: So this is... data?

Ansem: Yes. A clue, I hope, to finding yourselves or your lost friends in your hour of need.

The heart has always been quick to grow. Each exposure to light, to the natural world, to other people, shapes this most malleable part inside of us.

Nobodies are not different from us in that manner. Sora was the only one able to return to his human form without destroying his Nobody. That is a statement to the love in his heart for other people, and the bonds that tie them together.

Perhaps... he has the power to bring back the hearts and existences of those connected to him ─ to recreate people we thought were lost to us forever.

Our most precious treasures ─ even an empty puppet ─ the trees of the forest, and the petals on the wind ─ there are hearts around us everywhere we look.

And it does not take superhuman powers to see them. Surely we remember as children the way our hearts made everything seem so shiny, and perfect.

Sora has a heart like that ─ uncorrupted, willing to see the good before the bad. When he sees the heart in something, it then becomes real. When a connection seems broken, he may have the power to mend it.

He has touched countless hearts, he has accepted them, and he has saved them. And some of those hearts have never left him, whether they fell into darkness or were trapped there ─ whether they sleep in the darkness of Sora's heart, or were welcomed into its warmth, they can be saved.

All Sora needs to do is be himself and follow wherever it is that his heart takes him. It is the best and the only way.

The rest is in there.

And the bit from Nomura in the DDD Ultimania:
Main Nomura interview DDD Ultimania said:
— Before the ending, Riku receives research data from Ansem the Wise. In the next title, will that be the key to bringing back the people who are sleeping inside Sora?
Nomura: You could say it’s the key. That data contains the details explaining the way to connect lost hearts.

It's not that they will have their own hearts, they already have their own hearts. They're sealed away and sleeping inside Sora's heart.

They didn't "regain" a heart, Xion had one since the very beginning just like the Riku Replica, and the more she connected with others and developed own memories and feelings, the more her heart got shaped, grew and was formed.
Roxas and Naminé had new hearts born (compared to flower-buds by Xemnas) inside them that were nutured the same way like Xion's and grew the more they developed.
That Roxas' heart grew so insanely fast is most likely (although not exactly confirmed) because Ven's heart was within him and helped in the process.

That's one of the main revelations of Dream Drop Distance. Although Nobodies start out without a heart, there is the possibility that they can give birth to a replacement "bud" which then needs to be nutured into a full fledged heart over time.
It's explained more in-depth in the game by Xemnas towards Sora and later by Ansem the Wise to Riku.

Even data Riku or Riku Replica will have their own hearts too?
Something off topic, i'm confused about the world where Sora and Riku visit during their test, are their journey completely take place in their dream?

We don't really know about Data-Riku, but it is highly possible since Data-Sora also developed an own heart thanks to Donald, Goofy and Mickey in Re: Coded.
Riku Replica had a heart, it was confirmed in Chain of Memories itself. His current status is unknown though as he is not listed as one of the hearts connected to Sora in need to be saved and also did not call out for Sora in Blank Points.

No, the last world, The world that never was, is different.
When Sora first arrives it is the real TWTNW when he speaks with Xigbar and when Young Xehanort does the "come with me"-stunt it becomes a dream.
Riku's scenario is the opposite. He arrives in the Dream-TWTNW but after he defeats Ansem SoD he enters the real TWTNW and everything that happens after Riku defeated Ansem takes place in the real world, not the Realm of Sleep.

Concerning the second part (and gameplay), is Riku only "awake"/active when Sora is sleeping since Sora needs to be asleep to dream (and Riku is traveling in Sora's dreams), and that's why when Sora is "awake", Riku falls asleep because Sora is no longer dreaming? Or is it mainly just for gameplay (to be able to switch between characters)? Or both? If it's the former, it would explain why Riku no longer needs to drop at the end of the game (excluding gameplay reasons, because of course you won't be able to play as a sleeping Sora:p )

Sorry for run-on sentence:3 And probably asking something that has a very obvious answer to but I have no clue on.

Oh.. I may forget, but why is Riku having a dream eater symbol?

It's explained in game. Riku has the Spirit symbol because when they defeated Phantom Ursula back in the beginning of the game and unlocked the first Sleeping Keyhole, Riku sensed Sora was in trouble and dove into his heart. In that way, Riku became Sora's own Dream Eater, protecting him from within. The Anti Black Coat Nightmare that you fight before Ansem is the Nightmare counterpart to Riku's Spirit.
