Question about Roxas

Roxas was born when Sora released his and Kairi's hearts. So that means Roxas has Sora's body and soul when Sora became a Heartless. But Kairi brings Sora back and he becomes a being of pure light, correct? Because Roxas is his darkness. Okay now here's the question, what about the soul? Sora's soul would still be inside Roxas, otherwise Roxas couldn't exist. So how can Sora be Sora if he doesn't have his soul too or did Kairi give him a new soul as well?

Incorrect, Sora's heart still has darkness in it.

Because Roxas is his darkness.

No, Sora is Sora's Darkness. Since A heartless is made from the darkness ion one's heart and since Sora was, well technically was until he merged back with Roxas, a heartless, he housed his own darkness, not Roxas.

Okay now here's the question, what about the soul? Sora's soul would still be inside Roxas, otherwise Roxas couldn't exist. So how can Sora be Sora if he doesn't have his soul too or did Kairi give him a new soul as well?

It's not like beings made up of only a Heart are scarce. It's just that Sora'd go on being himself thanks to his own strength of Heart, instead of using the Darkness to cover him up.

Xehanort's Heartless also was a "walking heart" until he invaded Riku's B/H

How this is done, I'm not sure. Maybe their heart is strong enough to provide some sort of body. I'm pretty sure Sora didn't even realize that he was missing anything.

As said before, Xehanort is an example of a being that did it before Sora did, but went the extram mile and didn't need a PoH to purify him from being a Heartless.
Riku managed to pull it off as well, albeit not on his own. Xehanort's Heartless kicked his Heart out of his Body, leaving Riku's Heart on the other side of the Door to Darkness. While on the other side of the door, he maintained his appearance of his "self", yet his Body and Soul were still being occupied by Xehanort's Heartless in the Realm of Light.

Heart leaving the Body =\= Heart becoming a Heartless. The Heart becoming a Heartless would make it leave the Body for the most part, but the Heart doesn't have to leave the Body only when it becomes a Heartless.
Plus, the Heartless is the Heart, and we saw Riku's Heart once he was kicked out. It was hardly a Heartless.

The other thing to take in is that again the name Nobody and Heartless are kinda weird names considering Nobodies have bodies and Heartless contain hearts. The reason Sora could recover his body was because of the strength of his heart.

Sora didn't recover his Body, he was only a Heart until Roxas fused back with him.
Heartless and Nobodies are precise names when taken by their non-literal but 'metaphorical' senses. Heartless are cruel beasts. Nobodies have no one to be, they lack identity.

Pretty much. Wasn't until the end of KH2 he became whole.
