Ok lets say you got stafford loans and you never signed a promissory note.
What does that mean?
If you were to get kicked out would that mean those loans dont matter since you never signed the MPN?

they got your information so they will still come after you for the money
but if you didnt sign the note its a tough call. ( might be able to, most likely not....)

When i got my student loan they wouldnt let me receive anything without signing it =/
